Q: Urgent: Service not sending messages and QR code login stuck
Dear Wbiz Tool Support Team,
I am writing to report an urgent issue with the service.
Starting today, the system has stopped sending messages. In an attempt to resolve the problem, I tried performing a server redistribution. However, after doing so, the QR code required for login is no longer displayed.
The application now gets stuck in an infinite loading loop while trying to generate or load...
I'm writing only for those who read the questions, I received an answer via email, everything is ok, the problem seems to have been solved (quite quickly) the conversation continues via email with the developers
We’ve completed all the steps and purchased the Tier 4 plan from AppSumo, but the API keeps returning the message: “YOUR PLAN CANNOT VALIDATE WHATSAPP NUMBERS”… which is incorrect, because Tier 4 includes 30,000 WhatsApp validations per month.
What’s going on? There are many of us in Discord asking for support and we haven’t received any response… Is this a scam?

A: Discord is not our customer support channel, its primarily created at request of users to talk to each other to share possible creative usecases of wbiztool. We have a dedicated in-app chat support icon and a support email (info@wbiztool.com)—please reach out to us through those channels for any assistance.
Also, without proper clarification, please avoid labeling companies as a “scam.” Teams...
Q: Do we need a Whatsapp Cloud API or a regular Whatsapp Business works?
Also, please help me understand if we can respond to queries through the dashboard itself - as in use it like a messaging platform or is it just for broadcasts?

A: Replies must be sent through your own app or via WhatsApp Web. Wbiztool does not provide an option to manually reply from its dashboard.
We have our own API, so there’s no need to use any third-party APIs, and it works with any WhatsApp number.
You've redirected people to Discord in order to get support, but you don't seem to reply to anyone. Are you still active with this project?
