We have an appointment booking plugin that is normally an optional extra, but if you take an AppSumo deal today we'll put it in one of your sites for free. It' s getting late here now, so won't be able to do it tonight, but can arrange it on Monday if you're interested.
Sounds great thanks! Would love to do that button you wouldn’t mind can you tell me pls how much that plug-in normally costs if I didn’t already have access please?
Also, another question is are there any templates or could I make and save my own templates? Thanks again!!

The times we may charge for something would be things like additional, bespoke development that is specific to a single customer.

Q: I know the web design tool?
There has been already many of sumo deals before you with much better pricing. Please consider a better pricing model.
Hi Andy, Thank you for the feedback! AppSumo has lots of great deals and we are thrilled to be among them. Our deal not only includes the system for building websites but lifetime hosting of those websites as well! If you decide to give it a go, we'd love to hear how it goes.
Hi Andy Which comparable deals gave "much better pricing" than WebBoss? WebWave deal: $295 for 20 hosted websites (very slow load speed) SiteJet deal: $699 for 75 hosted websites (CDN and very fast to build a site) WebBoss deal: $499 for 100 hosted websites
Winner is WebBoss!
Michael PS. I'm not affiliated with WebBoss, but I wonder which better deal I missed. PS2. I know about WebStarts, but building a real responsive website is a pain.
Q: Hi,
1.
Let's say buy two codes, will I get. SSL for all ten sites. When will you add CDN?
2. Can I build sites for clients and then charge them monthly fee and in case support is needed, contact you for support. Then I want to be super admin and configure respective account for client as admin, also if they don't pay me after three months waiting period, I want to stop access and use it for other client who pays. Is all this possible and will you allow me to earn like this or there is a problem? What best practices I need to follow for domain mapping?
3. Can I remove your branding. What happens if a clients wants me to handover site to them and they contact you for support. Will you charge them something in such case?
4. Can I buy storage space as add on in case it is needed, can I shift space between sites, like give 30 GB to someone and 10 GB to other client, in other words can I divide 200GB storage as per my requirements?
5. What new plugins (read functionality) do you plan to offer this year, any pointers?
6. Will I get data backup and security with this package? What payment processors integrations are available?
7. Who is your cloud provider, AWS, Azure, Google? I see your loading speed is not that fast.
1. Let's say buy two codes, will I get. SSL for all ten sites. When will you add CDN? > Yes you will get SSL for all sites. A CDN integration for image hosting is roadmapped, but if you wanted to use a service like Cloudflare, that can be done as we can repoint the nameservers easily enough. Let me know if you need any more clarification.
> Yes you can do this and how you charge is totally up to you. You can create access lists for the admin users as well, so you can restrict what they can do while maintaining control. Suspending a site would have to be done manually within your AppSumo/WebBoss portal (which you gain access to after activating your licences).
3. Can I remove your branding. What happens if a clients wants me to handover site to them and they contact you for support. Will you charge them something in such case? > You can remove branding from the frontend of the site design, but we don't have a fully available white label option built in just yet -- BUT we can white label a system for you if required on a case-by-case basis, as we have done this for other partners. Talk to us and we can work something out if this is something you would need.
4. Can I buy storage space as add on in case it is needed, can I shift space between sites, like give 30 GB to someone and 10 GB to other client, in other words can I divide 200GB storage as per my requirements? > As it stands, the packages are fixed in what each tier would supply, in terms of disc space. But again, if this becomes a requirement, come and speak to us and we can see what we can do.
5. What new plugins (read functionality) do you plan to offer this year, any pointers?
6. Will I get data backup and security with this package? What payment processors integrations are available? > See our roadmap for upcoming plans: https://roadmap.webboss.io We have payment gateway integrations with: Stripe, Paypal, Payzone, Worldpay, Barclaycard and Allied Wallet.
7. Who is your cloud provider, AWS, Azure, Google? I see your loading speed is not that fast. > Our servers are UK based with SimplyCloud, so there may be some additional latency if viewing from abroad. We are currently in the process of having a new server structure built which will speed things up and enable us to deploy globally. See the roadmap for more details.
I hope this helps! Feel free to ask anything any more questions, or check out our FAQs: https://webbosswebsites.com/support/kb/index.php :)
Q: What's the process of pointing custom domains (e.
g. xyz.com) to your servers? Does it require changing the domain nameservers? Or can we do it via A records?
If there is an option to point via A records, will the custom domain email addresses still work?
Also, do you have documentations or tutorials on how to use the platform? Thanks.
We are a domain registrar so you can either purchase a domain through us or point an existing domain to us.
You can either use A records or nameservers to point domains to our servers, depending on the scenario.
If you already have existing domain emails hosted elsewhere that you would like to keep using, then just pointing an A record may be easier.
If you are planning to use the domain email accounts (included in the deal) on our servers, then we'd recommend pointing the nameservers to us but you could also just point an A record to our server and then add an MX record pointing to our server for the emails.
For documentation, you can checkout our Knowledgebase at webbosswebsites.com/support/kb/ We also have a support ticket system within the platform so if you get stuck, you can send us a ticket and we can help out with any specific platform queries.
Q: Hi Team!
I've purchased two codes in order to test out all the features included in the AppSumo deal. One thing I didn't read on the deal terms was whether the 10 sites included for my tier also included lifetime hosting for those ten websites (similar to SiteJet's terms).
Do these 10 sites also have lifetime hosting included or would that be an extra amount incurred by my client once their site goes live?
Hi Anaallen That's great to hear! We hope you love the system! Thank you for your question. Yes all of your websites have lifetime hosting and this will not change once you handover to your clients! That's what makes WebBoss such a good deal, you're getting a website building platform that includes lifetime hosting for every website built! Please let us know how you get on with using our system, we'd love to hear your feedback!
Q: Hello,
Do you provide an api for the e-commerce module ?
I'm looking for an ecommerce I can synchronize with my custom erp (clients, items, stocks ...)
At the moment we don't have an open API, though down the line we hope to do this. We have also roadmapped plans to integrate with ERP related systems as well, but if you have any specific requests, please add any suggestions to our feedback board: https://roadmap.webboss.io/boards/feature-requests
Thanks!
Q: Hi,
Thanks for coming to AppSumo.
Does Webboss support RTL languages like Arabic language? In other words, can I build a complete website in RTL Arabic language without any flaws and with any Arabian fonts? Also, flipping the website pages layout from LTR to RTL?
As our customer base has been predominantly English speaking this hasn't been something that has been requested before so has not been tried but in theory this should be possbile, although it may require technical skills.
In the WebBoss system, you have access to the HTML template of the site and the CSS, so you should be able to change the text-direction property in the CSS. We also have Google Fonts available within the system and I know they provide Arabian fonts, so that could help too.
Unfortunately, it's difficult to know how some of the system generated pages (like the shop pages for example) would look with RTL as it hasn't been tested before, but with the right technical skills, you could write some custom CSS to fix any issues.
If you decide to give it go, please let us know how it goes. Otherwise, if you feel this is too advanced, you can add it as a suggestion on our roadmap at roadmap.webboss.io
To be honest, I'm not overly familiar with SiteJet so I can't give you a full breakdown of pros and cons, but what I can do is give an overview of what we offer and hopefully that will help you compare (or give us a try and see how we do!).
We have 16 modules built in ready to go, so no need to be seeking out plugins elsewhere before you can get started. Amongst these is a comprehensive blog platform with built in statistics, social sharing/tracking, ability to have multiple authors and columns, plus a powerful eCommerce module which also track stats and sales, inventory management, addon products, child products, options to export all your sales data to CSVs, or push things to Google Merchant etc. There's also a built in image editor so you can crop, rotate, add filters etc to images, photo galleries, banner/slider creator, membership, comments and moderation, newsletter generator, SEO tools, GDPR compliance and policy generators. Plus lots more!
We are also constantly updating the platform and developing it more and more, which you can see on our roadmap what we're planning next.
There's a lot I could say, and I hope this has answered your question somewhat, but it may be best to just give us a try and see what you think for yourself :)
This is 50GB per website, which is typically enough for most of our clients, so an unlimited option wasn't planned as part of the LTD. But we can look at this on a case-by-case basis should a customer website require more than 50GB disc space.
Once you have your site set up that you want to use for this, send us a support ticket via the admin page so we can talk to you directly and know which the site in question is, and take it from there :)
Q: In the plan you are offering here on appsumo, when the site is finalized for a customer, does he have access ...
to the site using a username and password? Can he have access to his own website hosting/editing dashboard?
Yes, once you have built a website for a customer, you can create them an admin account and they can log into the backend to modify the site and manage it themselves. If you're using the Developer mode option, you will have a new option to hand over site ownership to another account so that everything is transitioned properly. This will then unlock the platform so custom domains can be added and domain emails created.
But when I fully transfer the site to it, will I no longer have control? He becomes a direct customer of you or I can still, for example, charge a monthly fee and suspend the site if he doesn't pay... Another question: If I put him as an administrator, he can save the site directly in his account, freeing himself from my control?
When you hand over a site, it will (in the normal use outside of the LTD) pass over the hosting costs to us, as we host every website on our servers, where we would handle the suspension etc for any non-payments. But there's nothing to stop you from negotiating some sort of on-going design/content management for your client on top of this.
You can also create Access Control Lists which are very versatile, which means that you can create an admin account for your client which has most of the powers needed to manage their site, but restrict them from deleting other admin accounts, so then you can make sure you are never locked out of the platform if you did have some on-going deal with them requiring access. In effect, you can make yourself a "Super Admin" and your clients "Admins".
I hope this makes sense and answers your question. Let me know if you have any more questions! :)
Does this mean that I HAVE to hand over the site to the client in order to link to a custom domain and create custom email for the site? For example, if I buy the 100 website tier and I create sites for 10 clients who I will give restricted admin rights to (like adding, removing products, etc.) am I able to set up a custom domain for those 10 sites plus custom domain emails for each of them too? Or is this ONLY possible once I have transferred the site to the customer?
Yes you would need to hand over the site to make it "live" so that you can add domains etc. But if this doesn't mean that you lose your admin access, it's more so that ownership is logged properly so we know who the owner is for our own requirements (like support and in normal, non-AppSumo sites, for hosting information etc).
But if you are planning to keep managing the sites on their behalf, you can still do that even after its been handed over.
Let me know if you need any more clarification :)
Q: It feels like outdated UI..
I guess I have to wait for PageMaker that's coming soon on AppSumo. All of your client's sites load so slow, and they all look so basic, nothing futuristic.
We are aware of some of the UI shortfalls, which is why an overhaul is top of the list on our roadmap! But having said that, despite some of the UI looking a bit dated, it doesn't affect the great set if features and functionality that WebBoss offers you in building a site!
The client sites are all bespoke designs, built from the ground up, to their specifications, so even if they don't necessarily look "futuristic", they are designed exactly as requested which means our clients are happy with the end results (and has also boosted their online sales and presence), which is really all that matters at the end of the day :)
But while you wait for Pagemaker, why not give us a try anyway. You might be pleasantly surprised!
Yes, you can export and backup your theme code, download all your uploaded images to a zip file and export nearly all the data you have in the system to CSV formats! Hope this help :)
Q: Thanks for listing on Appsumo!
The product sounds very interesting. My concern is sustainability/proftability.... I know you can't make promises but what are your arguments to assure us that you will still be in business in 5 to 10 years time?
Thank you, that's a question that often get's asked. All I can say is:
WebBoss has been going since 2011.
Our main UK client is the UK's biggest media company Reach PLC, and they use WebBoss exclusively for all their bespoke website clients (mostly £multi-million companies).
We have a new contract to the be the exclusive web product supplier to the UK's largest B2B stationers, Ryman (220 Stores)
We are partnered with Worldpay and many other majors banks.
WebBoss is ISO 9001 & ISO 27001 accredited, which is not a simple achievement.
I don't know what more I can say, but I hope that answers your question.
Many thanks
Q: If it is an alternative of WordPress, then why will I buy it?
Thank you for what is a very good question! WebBoss comes with a large selection of Modules (plug-ins) built-in ready to turn on or off on demand. So, no searching for plugins! It has pretty good eCommerce with a selection of integrated payment gateways. It's a hosted solution, with free SSL, domain email accounts and support as standard.
There are a huge amount of features many unique to WebBoss, and far too many to list. So, why not try it and see what you think?
Q: tier 5 with 100 website...
what if you go through those... and need more... do you get the same deal??? meaning grandfathered... or what would the cost be at that time...
Thanks for the question -- after the LTD is over you can sign up at our standard price over at webboss.io, otherwise you can purchase the same tier again while the deal is still on!
Q: Hi Miki,
Q1.)
I checked your plans at https://webboss.io/page/pricing.html. However, I can't find eCom and Developer? Is this like the WebBoss.io eCom Package and Developer Plus Reseller Package ? Can you clarify this plan for AppSumo.
Q2.) Where are servers located ? Is it only in UK?
Hi Sam942 Thanks for your questions! 1. The plan available on AppSumo is that of the full WebBoss eCom Package that you can find on the website, but we have scaled this to include multiple websites on a lifetime licence, so you don't need to worry about the ongoing hosting costs. 2. Currently, our servers are located in the UK, but we have plans to expand these. For more information please see our roadmap- https://roadmap.webboss.io/ I hope this helps and if you have any further questions let me know!
The server upgrade would be part of the service WebBoss provides and so any background migrations or mirror servers, to spread the load across the world, would be at no additional cost to you.
Q: Hi Miki,
Q1.)
Is the blog feature hosted under the main domain directory or needs to be a sub-domain?
Q2.) Does Webboss have themes and templates to use or one needs to create from scratch?
Hi alice373 Great questions! 1. The blog is hosted on your main domain, and you can add this to any page you would like -simply add it in the Page Editor (you can even have multiple blogs if you need them!). But you can always create a subdomain for your blog if this makes it easier for you to link to for visitors. 2. We do have a small range of themes and templates available in the Edit Theme> Themes section of the website, to help people get started. We do plan to add more themes, and this has been added to our roadmap. You can find more information here: https://roadmap.webboss.io/ I hope this helps, but let us know if you have any further questions!

There has been already many of sumo deals before you with much better pricing. Please consider a better pricing model.
Share WebBoss
Hi Andy,
Thank you for the feedback!
AppSumo has lots of great deals and we are thrilled to be among them. Our deal not only includes the system for building websites but lifetime hosting of those websites as well!
If you decide to give it a go, we'd love to hear how it goes.
Hi Andy
Which comparable deals gave "much better pricing" than WebBoss?
WebWave deal: $295 for 20 hosted websites (very slow load speed)
SiteJet deal: $699 for 75 hosted websites (CDN and very fast to build a site)
WebBoss deal: $499 for 100 hosted websites
Winner is WebBoss!
Michael
PS. I'm not affiliated with WebBoss, but I wonder which better deal I missed.
PS2. I know about WebStarts, but building a real responsive website is a pain.
Q: Hi, 1.
Thanks

Hello thanks for your questions.
> See our roadmap for upcoming plans: https://roadmap.webboss.io
We have payment gateway integrations with: Stripe, Paypal, Payzone, Worldpay, Barclaycard and Allied Wallet.
Thanks.

Hi SilverKnight,
Thanks for the question.
For documentation, you can checkout our Knowledgebase at webbosswebsites.com/support/kb/
We also have a support ticket system within the platform so if you get stuck, you can send us a ticket and we can help out with any specific platform queries.
Share WebBoss
Hi Anaallen
That's great to hear!
Q: Hello, Do you provide an api for the e-commerce module ?
I'm looking for an ecommerce I can synchronize with my custom erp (clients, items, stocks ...)
Share WebBoss
Hi SamBeauvois
At the moment we don't have an open API, though down the line we hope to do this. We have also roadmapped plans to integrate with ERP related systems as well, but if you have any specific requests, please add any suggestions to our feedback board: https://roadmap.webboss.io/boards/feature-requests
Thanks!
Q: Hi, Thanks for coming to AppSumo.
Does Webboss support RTL languages like Arabic language?
In other words, can I build a complete website in RTL Arabic language without any flaws and with any Arabian fonts?
Also, flipping the website pages layout from LTR to RTL?

Hi Ban,
That's a great question.
Q: What makes this different from Sitejet?
Are there any significant pros or cons?
Share WebBoss
Hi EngineStudio
Thanks for the reply Luke.
Q: For the highest tier, can you please make the disc space unlimited or at least increase it?
Thank you!
Share WebBoss
Hello
This is 50GB per website, which is typically enough for most of our clients, so an unlimited option wasn't planned as part of the LTD. But we can look at this on a case-by-case basis should a customer website require more than 50GB disc space.
Verified purchaser
If that's the case, can you increase this limit? Our website will include product listing, audios and album listing, and videos. Thank you!
Hi LTD
Once you have your site set up that you want to use for this, send us a support ticket via the admin page so we can talk to you directly and know which the site in question is, and take it from there :)
Q: In the plan you are offering here on appsumo, when the site is finalized for a customer, does he have access ...
to the site using a username and password? Can he have access to his own website hosting/editing dashboard?
Thanks!!
Share WebBoss
Hi wspolidoro,
Yes, once you have built a website for a customer, you can create them an admin account and they can log into the backend to modify the site and manage it themselves. If you're using the Developer mode option, you will have a new option to hand over site ownership to another account so that everything is transitioned properly. This will then unlock the platform so custom domains can be added and domain emails created.
Hope this helps to answer your question! :)
But when I fully transfer the site to it, will I no longer have control? He becomes a direct customer of you or I can still, for example, charge a monthly fee and suspend the site if he doesn't pay... Another question: If I put him as an administrator, he can save the site directly in his account, freeing himself from my control?
Hi again wspolidoro,
When you hand over a site, it will (in the normal use outside of the LTD) pass over the hosting costs to us, as we host every website on our servers, where we would handle the suspension etc for any non-payments.
Hi anaallen
Share WebBoss
Hi Arcane
Thanks for the prompt reply will definitely buy and try it myself.
Hey Arcane,
That's great! :) Please leave an honest review if you can, once you've had a proper go with the platform!
Q: Is it possible to export html, css, and js code like Sitejet?
Thank you!
Share WebBoss
Hi RC
Yes, you can export and backup your theme code, download all your uploaded images to a zip file and export nearly all the data you have in the system to CSV formats! Hope this help :)
Q: Thanks for listing on Appsumo!
The product sounds very interesting. My concern is sustainability/proftability.... I know you can't make promises but what are your arguments to assure us that you will still be in business in 5 to 10 years time?
Thanks
Share WebBoss
Hi
Is there any specific reason?
Share WebBoss
Hi AuthorityAid
Share WebBoss
Hello,
Thanks for the question -- after the LTD is over you can sign up at our standard price over at webboss.io, otherwise you can purchase the same tier again while the deal is still on!
Q: Hi Miki, Q1.)
Waiting for your response. Thank you.
Share WebBoss
Hi Sam942
Thanks for your questions!
For more information please see our roadmap- https://roadmap.webboss.io/
I hope this helps and if you have any further questions let me know!
Will there be any charge to migrate to US-based servers (if/once any are added)?
Hi Sumo-ling
Thanks for the follow-up question!
The server upgrade would be part of the service WebBoss provides and so any background migrations or mirror servers, to spread the load across the world, would be at no additional cost to you.
Q: Hi Miki, Q1.)
Is the blog feature hosted under the main domain directory or needs to be a sub-domain?
Q2.) Does Webboss have themes and templates to use or one needs to create from scratch?
Share WebBoss
Hi alice373
Great questions!
You can find more information here: https://roadmap.webboss.io/
I hope this helps, but let us know if you have any further questions!
Q: Hi Luke, Does Webboss have an email import feature to migrate from other email servers to Webboss ?
Kindly help to respond. Thank you.
Share WebBoss
Hi elsa81
Sorry, I'm afraid this facility isn't available with the AppSumo LTD offer.
