A: We can only support our DNS. So if you require custom DNS support with a registrar other than our please utilize the information in the help documents along with that registrars support.
When I add DNS Record A. I should add "@" and the ip. But after saving, it turns to my primary domain name, not "@" The host displays "mydomain.ai" rather than "@".
Q: In Tier 3, there are 15 custom email addresses. What are those for & how are they connected to the unlimited sites?
Q: Does the AppSumo Business Plan include free SSL for all sites, even with external custom domains?
1. Will the included Standard SSL apply to all websites I create under the Business Plan? 2. Is there any additional cost for enabling SSL on custom domains? 3. If I use a domain registered outside WebStarts (e.g., GoDaddy or Namecheap), will the Standard SSL still be provided free of charge once connected?
A: It includes SSL with the sites but if you use another dns provider we don't ensure the issuance of your SSL since there are too many uncontrollable variables.
Is it possible to add a grid-based layout to design web pages more easily and precisely... I was looking for a roadmap on the web to request this option there, but I don’t see the option.
Currently if you're in the editor under the View tab there's a "snap to grid" enabled. I think the expectation is the grid itself would be visible. We've discussed the in the past. I'll bring it up again, I can't remember why we don't off the top of my head.
I have the snap to grid clicked, but i can move all freely; it does not seem to snap anywhere. Maybe I'm doing something wrong? And yes, I'm pretty sure that a slightly visible grid would be great.
Q: Can you provide chatbot in webstarts?
I have an issue with a domain DNS record. Could you please provide your support email and let me know if chatbot support is available?

Edited Sep 10, 2025A: Are you suggesting a grid as a visual cue, a grid as something to snap elements to, or a grid in technical terms like a FlexBox?

A grid to snap the elements like pictures, text, etc. Sorry my lack of technical language.
