Q: Awesome to see that Whitelabel is set as planned on your roadmap!
Definitely worth adding this to your listing here. Before I go all-in on this, I'd love to know what white labelling will entail. - CNAME? - Email branding? - Embedding?
As far as I know, it's not against the rules, uncommon, or frowned upon to offer this as a reward for honest reviews here and elsewhere.
Thanks very much for listening to the community. I'm sure we'll do some magic in return :)
A: Hey Mike, In the first stage of White labeling feature development, we will be working on custom branding - the ability to add your branding to the account dashboard and email branding (all emails will be sent under your account name and with a company logo.) The CNAME functionality is a second stage we're planning to develop after the first stage is complete. Frankly, the CNAME feature is required to redevelop part of the current App infrastructure and some other changes. So we're committed to doing it the right way rather than delivering a lousy feature (we all have seen bad examples, right? 😎). To be honest, I don't know the hard ETA yet, due to our other commitments and limited resources, which are common for SaaS products in their early stages. Can you also specify what you mean by "Embedding"?
Thank you very much for listening to us, and responding so frankly. I know offering whitelabelling is a tough decision, but I really do think it will pay dividends when it comes to real world G2 and Capterra reviews.
I'm really looking forward to implementing WebVizio directly into all of my projects. I have now upgraded to the full tier 3 and will happily write positive reviews on AppSumo, G2, and Capterra, as though these have already been delivered.
I'm certainly under no illusion that these features are easy to implement, and fully expect this to take some time. It's just great to read your committment to them. I think most of us would really appreciate if you could add this to your deal terms/description, and I'm pretty sure it would increase sales, too.
So far I have really enjoyed using Webvizio, and I think my customers will.
With regards to embedding, what I mean is the ability to embed a project directly onto an external page, without the need to log in.
This would mean that I could have almost all of the benefits of CNAME, but without you having to change the entire infrastructure.
So, for example, I could provide a 'read only' link that would link to an embedded, 'non-login' version of a project, or I could create a user link with task editing permissions (that would also count against my quota, in exactly the same way a paid seat does) and then embed it into any app or website of my choice. No login, no branding, no CNAME, but exactly the permissions of my choice.
This would essentially negate the need for CNAME, for me at least until CNAME is fully available.
Thanks again.
I think your project is fantastic, and I hope you are all doing well.
Glowing reviews incoming. Best proofing software I've used yet.
Thank you for the fantastic review and all your wishes regards to future of the Webvizio platform! We are a small but mighty team of enthusiasts who want all people involved in web development to do better when it comes to organizing their teamwork. Thanks to all feedback and tremendous support of the AppSumo community, we feel much more confident in creating a beneficial and marketable product. We will continue working hard to deliver all our promises and provide first-class support for all our customers.
Honestly I've been really impressed with you and your team, and the software itself is already almost flawless. Support staff have so far been superb, too.
Just wondering if you'd be alright to mention the whole white labelling thing somewhere in the deal terms and / or further up the AppSumo copy? I know this is still very much in the concept / planning stages, but it would be good for potential buyers to know that it's included in whatever plans you feel appropriate, and, of course, gives those who have already bought a little peace of mind.
Hey Mike, Thanks for all your support and suggestions. Currently, the AppSumo store rules don't allow us to change the exciting listing or mention features that haven't been launched yet. But we already have several returned users that changed their minds because of the announced White labeling feature. 😎

Q: Hi Webvizio team,
Welcome to AppSumo.
I have seen others raising concerns about the number of users per tier.
Are "Viewers" counted as users? If not, could I add my clients as "Viewers" so they can give feedback based on what I ask them to give feedback on? For example: If we are working on home page for their website and I ask the client for feedback, can the client look at the home page and make comments anywhere on the page? This is not them creating a task but simply giving feedback.
If "Viewers" were not counted as a user, then I would be OK with the limits in the plans. If not, I can see why other Sumolings might be inclined to think that Tier 1 and Tier 2 are not feasible.
Thank you for your question. Users in the viewer role don't count against the quota but cannot create tasks themself. They can still collaborate, but to a limited extent, by commenting on existing tasks (created by somebody else). To create tasks, a user has to be in the assignee role or higher. The good news is that if you deleted one or more users, you could add new users to freed seats.
For agencies and entrepreneurs that deal with larger teams, we recommend considering purchasing Tier 3, which has an unlimited number of users.
Expanding on my example based on your feedback: If I am building/redesigning the home page (for example), I could create the tasks as: 1) What do you think of the menu style? 2) What do you think of the header image? 3) What do you think of the layout? etc and the "Viewers" could comment on all of those and suggest feedback in their comments, right?
I believe this is what you are saying. Please correct me if I am wrong.
If I am right, I don't think it would hurt for you to explicitly state a scenario like this because there might be potential Sumolings who could relate to this use case.
Absolutely, viewers can comment on tasks you created and attach files and links. They just can't create their own tasks. We will add this scenario to our support documentation and state it in future pin posts. Thanks for the suggestion!

Personally I think their tiers make sense , just because a smaller tier doesn't suit someone doesn't make it useless Tier 1 - small company that owns the website and wants to share feedback internally about their website. Q: Hi,
Can you add Nifty (ongoing AppSumo deal) integration?
Nifty is an alternative of ClickUp, Notion and Asano. Their AppSumo deal is quite successful and their product is solid.
I already vote for this integration in the roadmap, but it seems that you haven't added it to the planned section.
A: Hi, thank you for the suggestion. We are constantly updating our roadmap based on votes for suggested features. We will consider your request in future roadmap updates. At the current stage, we will prioritize work on features allowing users to integrate with any productivity software via Webhooks or third-party integrations (like Zapier). Best regards, Dan
A: Hi, Sometimes it takes some time for a review to be visible to all users. We appreciate all customer feedback and work daily to improve our product. Please see my response under your review. Best regards, Dan
A: Hello, and thank you for your interest in Webvizio.
Webvizio is compatible with sites built on any platform, including dev sites protected by passwords. In addition, we constantly test different CMSs to ensure that all websites work as designed. If some pages are inaccessible due to a security setting of a platform, you can always install the Webvizio plugging that can help overcome the issue. Here is a handy link on installing the Webvizio plugin 🔗 https://youtu.be/1EvICzPZZgY.
Q: Since I bought my first code I've been checking in on the progress on your roadmap.
I REALLY want to go all in on Webvizio, but it's quite concerning that the order in which your features show as shipped or in progress, is in almost perfect negative correlation to the amount of votes each receives. Your highest voted 'shipped' feature has 4 votes. Your lowest 'under consideration' feature has 7 (35 for whitelable big daddy). As someone who really wants to get invested into Webvizio, I'd like to know how much weight you put behind votes on your roadmap. Thanks!
A: Hi Mike, Features that are marked as shipped have been released before the voting started. It's been three weeks seen we launched our product, so we are still collecting the feedback before committing to the next steps. However, I can assure you that we're considering every suggestion and will follow up with roadmap updates very soon.
Hi Dan, Thanks for your reply. Looking forward to updates as I'm ready to go all in, and leave positive reviews on Appsumo, G2 and Capterra given commitments to whitelabelling and embedding abilities, as I'm sure many of us are. Great tool.
Q: Hello,
The concept is especially useful if changes that were made directly in the "integrated" software ...
(let's say asana for example) are reflected in Webvizio.
Apparently it does not work this way and it's a pity
A: Hi, thank you for your feedback. We are currently working on integration with several productivity apps (like ClickUp, Asana, Jira, and others), and we will consider your suggestions in the future. Unfortunately, in some cases, both-way task updates depend on original API settings created by a third party and can have some restrictions.
A: Hi, and thank you for your interest in Webvizio. Currently, Webvizio doesn't support work with PDF documents. The good news is that PDF/PSD documents support functionality is in our roadmap and will be available to all our users by the end of summer 2022. Best regards, Dan
It's hard to predict how much longer this deal will be live. The number of codes available for each deal is limited (and codes are sold on a first-come, first-serve basis), so we can't predict when a deal will sell out. If you feel that this tool could help you or your business, we recommend you grab it right away!
Q: What is your USP?
How would the product stand out: Userback Usersnap
• Do you have Video rec is that included are there any caches or any upsells? • Are all future updates and upgrades included? • What's your SLA? • Custom Branding, CNAME and Whitelabeling including Emails. • What would happens if the file size exceeds 25MB?
A: Hi, I appreciate your interest. Webvizio offers a feedback tool & website review software designed for managers & teams to easily collaborate on website revisions in real-time. So, we are concentrated on the productivity of the internal marketing team or between an agency and their customers, rather than collecting feedback from websites/apps users. - We are considering adding a video feedback feature in our product roadmap, based on the popular votes and feedback from our customers. - All future updates are included in all tiers. - You can find all Webvizio licenses and consent agreements here https://webvizio.com/documents/ - Webvizio is currently not supporting a white labeling and custom domains option. But we will defiantly consider it in the future. - We are limiting the size of images that you can add as Webvizio projects or attach to tasks by 25MB to keep a stable performance of the entire platform. If an uploading file is exciding that requirement, the app will display a message asking you to resave a file in a smaller size before uploading it.
Just bought tier 3, this tool would be awesome if you allow to record video so we can show the bug we're seeing and capture it, kinda like what https://birdeatsbug.com/ does.... you'd be ahead of the game.
not sure why this is not answered - I'm interested to find out as well
Q: Hi,
1.
What means the limit of e.g. 5 users? 5 users per project, or 5 users per account (with unlimited projects)? 2. The account manager counts also as a user? 3. Which roles counts as a user? (Project Manager, Assignee, Viewer)
A: Hi, Thank you for your interest in Webvizio. 1-2: In Tier 1, you can collaborate within the entire account with 4 extra users plus your own account (a total of 5). You can create an unlimited number of projects (web or image-based). 3: Only users who can collaborate (creating or assigning tasks) are counted against your quota (Account owner, Project Manager, or Assignee). Viewers (can comment but cannot create tasks) and guests (unregister users) do not count against the quota. Here is a handy link to learn more about the difference between roles 👉 https://webvizio.com/help-center/invite-your-teammates/.
We have similar functionality, besides the fact that we are cloud-based solutions that can work with websites on any platform (including WordPress). In addition, Webvizio offers extensive project management and collaboration functionalities that aren't available on similar platforms. You can learn more about Webvizio and its features here https://webvizio.com/ or visit our public product roadmap at https://webvizio.frill.co/roadmap.

A: Hello, We are still gathering the information from our public road map and working on the schedule of future releases. We will be announcing it in a few weeks. Thank you for your patience. Best regards, Dan
Q: HI
I signed up to your trial and looks very good.
However, there are 2 problems I would like to ask about! 1. is there any chance that you can allow having a layout on top of the website with the need to log into your program? just simply to add a code to the website that will show an option to add/view comments?
2. in your program - there is a task bar on the side, that is always there, is it possible to hide, or at least to show it as an overlay on top of the website, so that the website will get the entire screen?
A: Hello, Thank you for your feedback and suggestions! 1. We are working on some changes to make users' registration/ signup process more straightforward and easy to navigate. We will investigate the options with code as well. 2. You can hide the tasks panel by clicking "<<" element on the top of your website canvas (on the left next to the project tabs). Unfortunately, you can't hide the top navigation. Best regards, Dan
I purchased License Tier 1. The app has a lot of potential. This is a business/creator to business/user client tool. The tools messaging gets in the way of the onboarding process/experience. The user journey from the "creator to client" experience needs to be more considered. For example...
1. When I invite someone to collaborate, they should to taken to a different signup process than someone just visiting and signing up from the site. Solution: You could use the same process you created for the AppSumo sign-up. e.g I just click the "activate account" button, confirmed my mail address, then I was prompted to set a password.
2. Is white labelling something we can expect to see implemented soon on your road map? If not full white labelling, then at least joint branding with, (in small letters) powered by webvizio in the footer.
3. I added a viewer to a project. Instead of showing it linked to my name, it's linked to the email address I use to log into webvizio. I don't want clients to see my "private/dev" email address. The solution would be to have a company name displayed (captured in my profile). Where a company is missing then, my full name, but not my email address.
I love the potential the app offers me to deliver a 100% hands off "done for you" service to my clients. Depending on your response I'll be buying to License Tier 3 or using it an internal tool only.
A: Hi Owen, Thank you for welcoming us, we're very excited to be a part of the AppSumo Community.
1. We agree that the signup process for users has to be more straightforward and easy to navigate. We are investigating all available options to make it happen.
2. We are considering adding white labeling features to our road map. We agree that it can be crucial for some AppSumo users. Still, before any commitments, we heed to investigate how it fits the current business model and affects the App infrastructure. We will keep everybody in the loop via our public roadmap https://webvizio.frill.co/roadmap.
3. You can change your account name in account settings, so other users will see your company's name instead of your email name. You can also change your name in the user profile menu, so it will display it for other users and in email notifications. Unfortunately, in some places (e.g., when somebody assigns a task to a user/s) Webvizio is displaying an email by default. We are working on some UI of task cards, where we will include the displaying users by name. We'll keep everybody in the loop, and will announce upcoming features and improvements as soon as we can.
Thanks again for your feedback and suggestions. Dan
Regarding white labelling, maybe something discrete like email services do it and your chatbot e.g. "We run on Intercom" 😀
Q: Hi
Could you tell give me more info about users?
Are they, people that I can invite to review and help me with a website project I am working on? Is it only 5 different users at any one time, or 5 users per account, what I mean is can I delete one user and replace with another for a different website? So in effect using 6 users but only using 5 at one time on one website.
A: Hello, Only users who can collaborate on your projects (creating or assigning tasks), are counted against your quota (Account owner, Project Manager, or Assignee). Viewers (can comment on tasks but cannot create them) and guests (unregistered users) do not count against the quota. You can create an unlimited number of projects (web or image-based) and add all or some users within your quota to your project team. E.g., for Tier 1, you can collaborate within the entire account with 4 extra users plus your own account (a total of 5) at one time. If you deleted one or more users from your account, you could add new users to freed seats. Best regards, Dan
Thank you, that answers my question. I haven't bought it yet but this deal looks like a no brainer.
Q: Instead of doing a low taco review I'm going to put my notes here for other users who search for "WordPress".
Pros: - Works with any browser URL, this is very nice feature. - Can assign tasks to team, high, med, low -- nice. - Support team is highly responsive. Nice to see.
Cons: - You cannot use it with a url with /wp-admin or any login, it won't load. I thought originally it was my firewall blocking so I did all this stuff but then when reached out to the team, this feature doesn't work, only on LIVE sites.
So for a 'bug' catching tool with login to backend to access our URLs, (for a product manager) like me, we really need both, I hope they add this feature, FAST!
Also would LOVE if you can record video by tab. This would be awesome if you can do that too.
Thanks and looking forward to seeing updates on this.
A: Hi, thank you for the detailed feedback! We are considering adding those features in the future. We will keep everybody updated on new features and improvements. Thanks, Dan
A: Hi, thank you for the questions. You and your client can collaborate on any live websites, including dev sites protected by passwords. To add new pages or new tasks, a user can be at least in the "assignee" role, which will count against the quota. When you share your projects with your clients via a link, after registration, they become viewers (if you haven't assigned the higher role before). Viewers can comment on already existing tasks but can't create their own. Viewers do not count against the quota, and you can add as much as you want. You can learn more about Webvizio roles here 👉 https://webvizio.com/help-center/invite-your-teammates/ Thanks, Dan
Ok just to be sure, checked the link. Let's say we are 3 webdevs. We take the role of project manager. We made 12 websites in 1 month. Thus we have at least 12 clients. We add 12 clients and assign them as viewer. All 12 clients can view their own sites and add comments/drawing to the page. Eventually we have used 3 users (3 project manager) out of 5 available users.

Hi, Just to clarify - do you want your customers to create their own tasks (pins on the website)? It's important because a viewer can comment on already created somebody's tasks but won't be able to create their own. Task and comments are dependent instances - so you can't leave a comment without creating a task. In case yes, I would recommend using a higher than Tier 1, optimally Tier 3 with unlimited users, so they all potentially can create tasks.

Your highest voted 'shipped' feature has 4 votes. Your lowest 'under consideration' feature has 7 (35 for whitelable big daddy).
As someone who really wants to get invested into Webvizio, I'd like to know how much weight you put behind votes on your roadmap. Thanks!

May 14, 2024A: Hi Mike,
Features that are marked as shipped have been released before the voting started. It's been three weeks seen we launched our product, so we are still collecting the feedback before committing to the next steps. However, I can assure you that we're considering every suggestion and will follow up with roadmap updates very soon.

Hi Dan,
Thanks for your reply.
Looking forward to updates as I'm ready to go all in, and leave positive reviews on Appsumo, G2 and Capterra given commitments to whitelabelling and embedding abilities, as I'm sure many of us are.
Great tool.
Q: Hello, The concept is especially useful if changes that were made directly in the "integrated" software ...
(let's say asana for example) are reflected in Webvizio.
Apparently it does not work this way and it's a pity
Dan_Webvizio
May 14, 2024A: Hi, thank you for your feedback.
We are currently working on integration with several productivity apps (like ClickUp, Asana, Jira, and others), and we will consider your suggestions in the future. Unfortunately, in some cases, both-way task updates depend on original API settings created by a third party and can have some restrictions.

Hi,
Thanks.
I understand it can't work for some integration, so, if i well understand, it can work for some others ?

Q: Can it work also with PDF?
Would be perfect to combine with print. So the plattform would combine print and digital.

May 14, 2024A: Hi, and thank you for your interest in Webvizio.
Currently, Webvizio doesn't support work with PDF documents. The good news is that PDF/PSD documents support functionality is in our roadmap and will be available to all our users by the end of summer 2022.
Best regards, Dan

Very nice - full stacked. One of the most useful tools arround here for print and digital creators.

Q: Hello, When is the end date of the deal ?
Share Webvizio
Hi cloudbeans,
It's hard to predict how much longer this deal will be live. The number of codes available for each deal is limited (and codes are sold on a first-come, first-serve basis), so we can't predict when a deal will sell out. If you feel that this tool could help you or your business, we recommend you grab it right away!
Q: What is your USP?
How would the product stand out:
Userback
Usersnap
• Do you have Video rec is that included are there any caches or any upsells?
• Are all future updates and upgrades included?
• What's your SLA?
• Custom Branding, CNAME and Whitelabeling including Emails.
• What would happens if the file size exceeds 25MB?
Dan_Webvizio
May 14, 2024A: Hi,
I appreciate your interest.
- You can find all Webvizio licenses and consent agreements here https://webvizio.com/documents/
- Webvizio is currently not supporting a white labeling and custom domains option.
Thanks, Dan

Just bought tier 3, this tool would be awesome if you allow to record video so we can show the bug we're seeing and capture it, kinda like what https://birdeatsbug.com/ does.... you'd be ahead of the game.
not sure why this is not answered - I'm interested to find out as well
Hi,
The video recording feature is in our roadmap. Very soon, we will announce all details and ETA.
Best regards,
Dan

Q: Hi, 1.
What means the limit of e.g. 5 users? 5 users per project, or 5 users per account (with unlimited projects)?
2. The account manager counts also as a user?
3. Which roles counts as a user? (Project Manager, Assignee, Viewer)
Thanks!
Dan_Webvizio
May 14, 2024A: Hi,
Thank you for your interest in Webvizio.
Here is a handy link to learn more about the difference between roles

Hi, Viewers do not count against the quota.
Q: Can this tool be used for something similar to Project Huddle?
How many clients can I add with tier 1?
Dan_Webvizio
May 15, 2024A: Hi, thank you for your question.
In Tier 1, you can collaborate within the entire account with 4 extra users plus your own user (a total of 5) at one time. If you deleted one or more users from your account, you could add new users to freed seats.
Only users who can collaborate (creating or assigning tasks) are counted against your quota (Account owner, Project Manager, or Assignee). Viewers (can comment but cannot create tasks) and guests (unregister users) do not count against the quota.

Q: HI I signed up to your trial and looks very good.
Thanks
Dan_Webvizio
May 15, 2024A: Hello,
Thank you for your feedback and suggestions!

Q: Hi thanks for coming to AppSumo.

May 14, 2024A: Hi Owen,
Thank you for welcoming us, we're very excited to be a part of the AppSumo Community.

I appreciate your response.
Regarding white labelling, maybe something discrete like email services do it and your chatbot e.g. "We run on Intercom" 😀
Q: Hi Could you tell give me more info about users?
Are they, people that I can invite to review and help me with a website project I am working on?
Is it only 5 different users at any one time, or 5 users per account, what I mean is can I delete one user and replace with another for a different website? So in effect using 6 users but only using 5 at one time on one website.
Regards
Dan_Webvizio
May 14, 2024A: Hello,

Thank you, that answers my question.
I haven't bought it yet but this deal looks like a no brainer.
Q: Instead of doing a low taco review I'm going to put my notes here for other users who search for "WordPress".
Pros:
- Works with any browser URL, this is very nice feature.
- Can assign tasks to team, high, med, low -- nice.
- Support team is highly responsive. Nice to see.
Cons:
- You cannot use it with a url with /wp-admin or any login, it won't load.

Q: Who is the user in this case ?
The client that views the site and can add feedback or the me the webdev?
Dan_Webvizio
May 14, 2024A: Hi, thank you for the questions.
You can learn more about Webvizio roles here 👉 https://webvizio.com/help-center/invite-your-teammates/
Thanks,
Dan

Ok just to be sure, checked the link. Let's say we are 3 webdevs. We take the role of project manager.
We made 12 websites in 1 month. Thus we have at least 12 clients.
We add 12 clients and assign them as viewer. All 12 clients can view their own sites and add comments/drawing to the page.
Eventually we have used 3 users (3 project manager) out of 5 available users.
Is this correct ?

Hi,
Just to clarify - do you want your customers to create their own tasks (pins on the website)? It's important because a viewer can comment on already created somebody's tasks but won't be able to create their own. Task and comments are dependent instances - so you can't leave a comment without creating a task. In case yes, I would recommend using a higher than Tier 1, optimally Tier 3 with unlimited users, so they all potentially can create tasks.
Verified purchaser
Ok noted, indeed clients are supposed to put comments themselves. Thanks for your response.
