I have wisecut lifetime account from earlier campaign. Recently when Im trying to generate a full video output with captions, the generation is failing, I tried nearly 10-15 times with variations but finally came to know that if I unselect captions, the video is getting generated. The audio inside the video is English and Im selecting English as language for captions but its not working.
Is there a issue with captions feature ?

5gb per file seems really small and a painful limitation... 4K files that I downsize from 6K resolution are often 10-35+GBs. So I'd have to cut up and export smaller files, which could end up being 2-7 clips per interview that we want to upload. I'm probably not going to even bother buying this unless there's a change to upload size per file. Looks like a cool tool though. Maybe just not made for real professionals based on that limitation.
