I am interested in WorkLenz and really love the open source nature of the product, but is access to that included in the LTD or cloud-only?Do you have any sort of plan/deep discount for LTD purchasers to use the open source/self-hosted version if interested?
How deep do the reporting features go compared to an alternative such as ProjectManager? That is a worthwhile comparison that ought to be included on the site as it's a top-rated tool with similar features, but some deeper functions.
In terms of reporting and finances, how granular can that get? Say you need to send a custom report to a financial stakeholder on a regular basis, what sorts of breakdowns are offered? I see P&L and a few others on the site. I think finance and my brain goes EBITDA/CapEx, etc. lol.
Lastly is there a chat system outside of comments?

Yes, the core of Worklenz is fully open source under AGPLv3, so you can self-host it for free anytime. Grab the code here: https://github.com/Worklenz/worklenz. The self-hosted Business plan isn't included with the LTD, it's a separate plan on its own. If you'd like to set that up, just email us at [email protected] and we'll walk you through it.
On reporting: the Cloud and Business plans give you project status, workload, and time reports, plus a finance module with P&L, rate cards, and expense tracking. For something more specific like EBITDA or CapEx style breakdowns, that's usually a custom report our team can build for you, so email [email protected] and we'll scope it out.

Regarding chat, I meant like a team chat, alongside the comment system for DMs/groups. If not, that's why Stoat/Discord exist, but figured I'd check. I see there is also a CRM coming soon which also interests me. Any info on timeline/features in that?
