Q: "White labeling" vs "Full Rebranding"

Your table lists “White labeling” and “Full rebranding” as separate rows, and since the industry uses those terms interchangeably, I want to confirm what Tier 3 adds. From your Brands doc, my read: White labeling (all tiers) removes WebFactory logos/links and hides the license tab, but the plugin still shows as WP Reset. Full rebranding (Tiers 3-4) adds my own plugin name, menu name, company name/URLs, logo, accent color, custom CSS, support tab content, and footer copyright. Is that accurate and current? Also: 1) With white labeling only, does “WP Reset” still appear in the Plugins list and Tools menu? 2) Does rebranding change the Plugins page entry (name, author, description), and can the plugin be hidden there? 3) Does branding extend to the Emergency Recovery Script? Any email tie in aspect, and if yes, it that branded to my domain?

A: Hi,
Yes, that's correct.
1 - yes, WP Reset is the name of the plugin, so it stays everywhere
2 - hidden - no. you set a new name and that's what shows
3 - no, ERS is not rebrandable at the moment but it's on our to-do so we'll definitely do it. no emails.
