I would like to change the login email. After going back and forth with support several times, I finally received the answer: unfortunately, I'm told that because you've already used your account extensively we are unable to make this change for you.

So they are basically telling me that because I use their tool, I can’t change the email.
That says a lot about the support....

I have been using Yapper.so (Tier 4) in a small agency setting to create AI videos for multiple clients, and overall I have been very impressed with what it can do. The platform gives you access to several high-end video models inside one interface, a shared credit system, and a mix of templates and open prompt options. I mostly use the open prompt mode to describe the scenes I want and then iterate, and it has handled client work, experiments, and multiple versions without getting in my way. Results are strong as long as you are willing to learn how to prompt for video and accept that AI sometimes needs a few passes to get where you want.

Pros
• Strong results once dialed in: With a bit of iteration and prompt tuning, the quality of the videos is very good for marketing and content use.
• Multiple models in one place: You can switch between different video models from a single dashboard and choose what works best for each project.
• Templates plus open prompting: Templates make it easy to create quick content, while open prompts give you full control when you know what you want to see.
• Works for real client work: I use it across multiple clients, generating multiple versions and variations, and it has been reliable enough for production use.
• Helpful support: Their support has responded quickly to questions I had.

Cons / Things to know
• You must learn video prompting: This is not “type one sentence, get a perfect video,” and video prompting is different from normal ChatGPT-style prompting.
• Some trial and error: Expect to refine prompts, regenerate, and tweak scenes a few times to get the best results.
• Model side restrictions: Occasionally a video will fail or be blocked because of the underlying model’s rules, which is not really something Yapper controls.
• Not ideal for extreme volume: Very large agencies doing heavy daily output might eventually prefer a more customized or direct setup.

Overall verdict

As a tool, Yapper is excellent if you are serious about AI video and willing to invest a little time learning how to prompt properly. It gives you flexible ways to create videos, solid quality from the models, and enough reliability to use it for real client and business projects. If your expectations are realistic about AI limitations and you are ready to iterate on your prompts, Yapper is absolutely worth using.

I’ve been trying for more than a week to access Yapper after purchasing Tier 4. At this point, the situation is simple: I cannot use the product at all.

When I try to register or log in with my main email address (the one tied to my AppSumo codes), I receive a verification link, click it, and land right back at the start, being asked to request a new verification link. This loop never ends.

I contacted AppSumo support multiple times. They forwarded everything to the Yapper team repeatedly. Nothing happened. No response, no workaround, no actual support.

To make sure the issue wasn’t on my side, I tried registering with my Gmail address. That worked instantly. But of course, none of my AppSumo codes are associated with that account, so all I get is a free plan that I cannot upgrade. The paid Tier 4 codes are stuck on the email address that cannot be verified and cannot log in.

After more than five support rounds, zero progress, and no reaction from Yapper, I’m left with no way to access the product. I can’t evaluate the tool itself, because I haven’t even seen it from the inside. What I can evaluate is the onboarding and support experience, and that has been extremely poor – especially disappointing as an AppSumo Plus member.

At this moment, this deal is unusable for me.

I'm using ai-models like midjourney, chatgpt, gemini, mistral for a few years now, and usually if something comes out not the way you wanted, the input (prompt) is multi interpretable and you get unexpected results. Sometimes those results can be very funny.

But if you keep refining your prompts, you can get some amazing results!

And sure.. true.. some material is completely useless, but that just needs refining the prompt!
In a text based LLM like chatgpt you get so much useless responses, but it is usually instant response. So you just type, change this, add this, remove that. And in a chat model you are almost unaware of how many mistakes LLM's make.
And in a chat like LLM it doesnt take too much computing power to response to a question.

This is not a chat.. it's a complete video generating LLM. So yes.. response can be not what you expected!

So if you get frustrated by the results, try again. I made about 120 video's in my TIER 3 account and counted them and 40 of them are perfect! so about 30%

And yes.. you can get annoyed. I get annoyed when I created video's in yapper, and the result is not what I expected. But I try to reread my prompts and change the prompt, so AI can't interpret it in multiple ways. And yes.. that process takes time and costs credits, but do you really think that the big viral video's were made in one try?

if you could make a perfect viral video always in one prompt, why even bother to make videos?

So use this is a creative tool and try to make something nice! it's not a magic viral video maker. It's a tool.. a process .. a journey

And if you push hard. You might get some very promising results.

So yes.. definitely a 5 taco's for me!

I finally bought the 4th-tier plan after weeks of going back and forth. I’d heard enough horror stories about AI tools turning into vaporware the moment the creators grab “the bag,” so I was cautious. Yapper, though, has been a breath of fresh air.

I know the terms raised some eyebrows, and honestly, they almost pushed me toward a refund. I decided to wait it out, and I’m glad I did. The team addressed the concerns, modified the terms language, and the app keeps rolling out new models as they drop. It feels good to support a product that’s actually growing.

I’m not the typical user; I do mostly long-form content, which means I need consistent characters and stable environments. Having access to the newest models makes that possible. I think I saw a note somewhere that the team is working on a consistent-character feature (don’t quote me on that, LOL), but if it’s true, it’s going to be a game-changer.

At this point, I can genuinely see Yapper becoming the next Dzine AI. No regrets backing them. The team has been responsive, and I was thrilled to see dark mode roll out, along with the latest Flux 2 model. Yapper team, thank you for the work you’re putting in. I’m rooting for you and wishing you all the success you can grab. If I could hand you ten tacos with extra taco sauce, I would. Well done.

For anyone still hesitating: grab the lifetime deal before it’s gone. I’ve only bought a few deals on this platform (About three so far), and all of them have been worth it, mostly because I take my time, read reviews, and really look into things before spending my hard-earned cash.
