This AI Tool is a scam! First of all, it is the worst AI tool that ever existed! Here is why (based on payed version expirience):
This website has major bugs and lags while using it. It has the worst interface ever, editing interface full of bugs, not loading pages and bad low level AI regenerations, bad low level AI scripts and bad low level AI photos! You can not make a watchable video, even if you make a video somehow, you won't be able to download it. If you want to download the video, you won't be able to play and etc... The worst spend money in my life. I would never recommend this scam. This AI tool should be deleted from the internet! Even if you try to reach out support, they are scammer wanting just to take your money... It's CEO Michael Baumgartner is the biggest scammer based on the evidence I can provide to anyone via email.
Waiting for an answer as well. I know they made big changes as I saw on their YouTube. Reached out via email for clarification. Giving them time to respond before making any rash judgements.
Happened to me as well. Must be a bug, I've submitted a support ticket and they usually get back quickly. Given it happend to many, it should be fixed soon hopefully and they'll make up for it with some extra credits :)
