Q: Software Clarification Questions

Hello Support Team,

1.) Welcome Back! I purchased tier 3 of your software when you came to Appsumo. When you left the AppSumo platform, your customer support was non responsive. I requested several live demos sessions and submitted questions with no answers. I would like to increase my workspace, moving to a higher tier. Have you resolved your customer support challenges?

2.) Can you explain how, "MCP works on top of our API", how is this useful, given I dont have a technical background?

3.) Do you have plans to include MCP server features as part of your software features, which includes MCP server documentation?

4.) Can we integrate your software with other AI agents softwares?

5.) Being early investors of your software, do we receive any discounts on our purchase of additional AI credits?

A: Hey Thomas,

Great to hear from you, and thanks for sticking with us.

1. Yes — and I understand why that matters before you commit to a bigger plan. We've fixed the responsiveness bottleneck and now regularly audit our support to keep the quality high. Live 1:1 demos still depend on team availability so I can't promise those, but we're putting recorded demos together (overdue, I know). Anything you send should be answered within 24–48 hours — and if it ever isn't, write to me directly at [email protected] and I'll personally make sure you're looked after.

So whenever you're ready to move up a tier, we'd be glad to have you — you can upgrade straight from your AppSumo account, and I'm happy to help you through it.

2. In plain terms: MCP lets an AI assistant (like ChatGPT, Claude, or an AI agent) securely connect to your AgencyPro account and do things for you in plain language — e.g. "create a request for this client" or "list my open projects." It talks to our API behind the scenes, so you don't touch any code yourself.

3. Yes, that's on the roadmap, and it'll come with documentation. Because MCP works through our API, it's available on plans that include API access — which is Plus (Tier 3 and up). Since you're already on Tier 3, you'll have access.

4. Absolutely. You can connect AgencyPro to other tools today via our API, Webhooks, and Zapier — and for AI agents specifically, that's exactly what MCP is for.

5. I really appreciate you being with us this early. On AI credits, we've priced them as keenly as we sustainably can, so I can't add a further discount right now — but I'll keep early supporters like you in mind if that ever changes.
