CreatorClubAUQ: Tier 3 didn't come with Credit System and AI Credits
I grabbed T3, wanting to enable the credit module, but it doesn't seem to be an option? I can't figure out how customers can purchase credits and then purchase services with credits rather than cash. (I'm assuming that module needs to be turned on, but it's nowhere to be seen)
Also AI tokens weren't given with t3. And for AI agents etc, there seems to be no documentation around it? Keen to see how they go though!
Once I upgraded from trial as well, the custom html/css for field for UI also disappeared. Would really like to just display our company logo on client portal better, it doesn't really show up anywhere?

All three are quick fixes :)
Credit system: It's not a module you turn on, it's a pricing type. When creating a service, on the Pricing step choose "Credit based" and set how many credits it includes. Clients purchase it, get the credits, and spend them on requests instead of paying cash. You can also add top-ups under Services > Top-up options so clients can refill credits anytime.
AI credits: These are added automatically with Tier 3. Go to AI > AI Credits in the sidebar, your credits balance is right at the top of that page. If it shows zero, email a screenshot to [email protected] and we'll sort your account right away. Docs for the AI agents are being written up now.
Custom HTML: That field is for client onboarding, not the portal UI, and it's still in the same place after upgrading (Workspace Settings > Onboarding). Can you let me know where you were seeing it and why you think it was removed? If you're looking at something else, a screenshot to [email protected] will help us pin it down. For your logo, just upload it in Workspace Settings > General and it will show on the client portal, along with your brand color and favicon.
