Q: Is it down?

I haven't been able to acces my dashboard since last week, or change settings to client galleries. No reply to e-mail so far. How do I setup my galleries now? Have been needing to use other software since this is not working anymore? Is it completely down? Can I still get my files?

Q: Does customer support still operate for Airloupe? None of my emails get answered.

Such a shame, as the product is very good, but the online support seems non-existent.

Q: How do I escalate an issue the customer support?

Why has customer support not responded to my inquiry from July 2024? I had an issue that occurred July 2024, and I haven’t been able to use this software since I purchased it from Appsumo. I’ve been requesting email support for months and no one has confirmed receipt of my inquiry.
