Why has customer support not responded to my inquiry from July 2024? I had an issue that occurred July 2024, and I haven’t been able to use this software since I purchased it from Appsumo. I’ve been requesting email support for months and no one has confirmed receipt of my inquiry.
same issue...store setup a while ago and was fine, but nowadays it doesn't work and support is non responsive...I figured they had gone out of business, so very surprised to see them here again

This is asinine and, quite frankly, unacceptable. After seven months of unresponsiveness, our company is convinced—this is a rug pull.
Q: Why is the photo upload limited to 10mb? When will this be increased?
