Q: Airloupe Going Rogue with Lifetime plan

Hi,

I bought the tier 3 lifetime deal of Airloupe. It has been almost year and half and just got a news Airloupe is chopping Appsumo lifetime plan. Why cut down features and limits drastically?

The email says this:
• Moving forward, uploading new content will require an active plan

Why I've to pay $34/month to keep my lifetime access and uploaded more photos out of my lifetime plan...

Q: Service is Down - What about our galleries

Are our galleries still retrievable? This is a bad one to go down.

The galleries and images are safe on the platform. If you are talking about the Bad Gateway issue, we are going to work on this very soon. Actually, I'm going to work on making sure the platform is as stable as possible moving forward, I have a team on it.

Q: Is it down?

I haven't been able to acces my dashboard since last week, or change settings to client galleries. No reply to e-mail so far. How do I setup my galleries now? Have been needing to use other software since this is not working anymore? Is it completely down? Can I still get my files?

Q: Does customer support still operate for Airloupe? None of my emails get answered.

Such a shame, as the product is very good, but the online support seems non-existent.
