Short answer: No.
Important to know: once a job is posted, it goes active immediately. It can be deactivated or closed later, but it can't be reverted to draft or deleted.
Deactivated jobs no longer count against your active limit (how many run simultaneously, applies to users on our subscription plans), but they still count against the lifetime total.
Appreciate your thoughtful suggestion. It definitely makes our deal more attractive.
We made this decision because there’s a cost associated with each application (LLM parsing costs, assessments, etc.). So charging one off for a recurring cost that’s beyond our control makes it unsustainable.
Q: Most of these hiring tools are aimed at hiring devs. I’m hiring sales reps ops people. Does this for nontech roles?
