A: Quick heads up first: the LTD isn't unlimited job posts. It's 5 pro jobs. The unlimited stuff is the AI assessments, assignments, and interview scheduling. Job posts are capped, with extra ones at $19 each as an add-on, up to 20 per AppSumo purchase, and those stack across separate purchases.

Haha. Fun question. Unfortunately, no. Airwork's AI is trained on job-candidate fit (skills, experience, assessment performance), not on evaluating products or vendors. The model would have no idea what to do with "API quality" or "founder Slack responsiveness."
For now it stays focused on hiring. But never say never on weird use cases 😆
Q: How does the platform handle the "False Positive" rate in AI-generated technical assessments?
Also, how do you calibrate the difficulties of the assessments when distinguishing between Jr/Sr roles? Lastly, regarding the 15,000+ talent network, what is the primary source of these candidates—are they sourced from existing job boards, direct applications, or proprietary partnerships—and how frequently is this database refreshed?

AI scores how a candidate performs on the auto-generated assessment, but resume fit, screening question responses, and your custom assignment work are filterable and reviewed by you, not auto-scored.
