1. One-time credit. The 5 pro job posts are a lifetime total on the LTD, not a monthly allowance. Once you post a job, it counts against your 5.

So the math: post 5 jobs over time, you've used the LTD's job allocation. To post a 6th, you'd grab the extra job add-on at $19 each on AppSumo (stackable across separate purchases if you need more than 20 at once).

2. Honest answer: not yet. Today, your job goes live on Airwork itself, where it's visible to our 15,000+ candidate network across 30+ countries. You also get a shareable job link you can post on LinkedIn or anywhere else, and external applicants flow through the same screening pipeline as network candidates.
