Q: If I was reviewing..
it would currently be a 1-star and I say that with some reluctance. For now I am on the trial so cannot review and will outline my experience here.
- downloaded and installed Amical no problem
- clicked on it in my start menu - nothing happens in Windows
- uninstall/re-install 3 times with the same experience
- check Task Manager - multiple instances in the background
- finally the onboarding screen loads unexpectedly after a huge delay. I go through that and...............nothing
- had finally given up and was about to install for the last time and (5-10 minutes after the last click) and the main app loads. What a process!
So then I get a welcome email from Naomi which encourages me to reply , so I thought I'll write a constructive reply and it BOUNCES as the domain can't be found lol.
Can the team help with any of the above?
