I am using this application in this scenario. I have a MacBook, I have an iPhone, and I have an Android. I am bilingual with English and Arabic.

The application on the computer is very good, but sometimes once I'm talking in English, it translates my language dictation into Arabic, which I don't want. If I'm dictating in English, I want the dictation to be in English. If I'm dictating in Arabic, it should be in Arabic. I'm not asking the application to translate.

This is number one. Number two, on iPhone and Android, the application needs more improvement. Also, it's taking more time now, like slow ping between talking and transcribing.

I've been pleasantly surprised on how good and accurate this tool is. It is definitely a tool I would recommend. And it is a tool I use every day, all day.

Amical is a very good product as it does not require the same app to be open to do the dictation. you can read on another app or Google page and then dictate, it still records as the icon is already open. It immediately gives the transcription with almost 95% accuracy. I have used other apps also and they were good however, you need to be on the same page to dictate and the moment you shift, the transcription used to stop which is an advantage with amical. It picks the medical or technical terms very well.

I've only been using Amical a few days. It's very simple. I love that my wrist and my hands don't hurt at the end of the day after typing all day long. I have not used it yet for meeting notes. I'm looking forward to seeing all of its capabilities.

This is my first purchase from AppSumo. I wasn't successful downloading this on the first try. I contacted AppSumo and they responded quickly. I needed to upgrade my computer operating system and then everything worked fine. Thank you for the excellent customer support.

I'm transcribing this review right now using Amacle. And interestingly enough, it does not have its own name in its dictionaries. So the typo for Amacle's name will be here throughout.

Typing in Traditional Chinese is a bit more involved than certain other languages. Therefore, AI transcription is a godsend. It seems that most AI transcribing systems have traditional Chinese support, but Amacle does not. That might be almost a deal-breaker for me because I saw my transcriptions come out in simplified Chinese. If there's a way that this could be fixed or there's a solution that could be found before the refund period in under two months, that would be great. I've read that some people have been able to add vocabulary words to the dictionary that are in traditional Chinese, and this would shift the AI into using traditional Chinese, but inconsistently. So, if the Amacle team could try to resolve this, that would be great, because there's a lot of businesses using these kinds of software, and Hong Kong and Taiwan are strong financial capitals in Asia, so they are limiting the usefulness of it by not having that ability.

The other thing I would love is if I were able to change the icon for Amacle's floating app in Android. I do think that Whisperflow feels a bit more polished, but Amacle is a better deal and, more importantly, a much better transcriber in English, I find Amacle's models to be much better than Wisprflow's models. So that's why I'm with Amacle for now, but I am NOT giving up my Wisprflow yet.

Finally, one thing that I really appreciate about Google's AI transcription is that it does know common brand names, and that seems to be something that Amacle isn't as strong as yet, and neither is Wisprflow.

People, I think Amacle is a worthy purchase, especially if you're somebody who needs to write a lot.
