Does your software provide api access or would i need my own api key? Is there a white label version so that I could provide a chatbot for my clients? Can I install the chatbot on my website or social sites like linkedin or Google my business? I am looking for a chatbot software that can answer questions for customers that visit my bookkeeping website and i will need it to be trained to answer any possible question that my customers might have about bookkeeping and my services.
I have found that uploading learning material, in this case from .docx, works for a time and then doesn't. For example, if I upload information, that information will be referenced in answers initially but eventually it will no longer be used. If I upload the same document again, again the bot will use the info. Is there any way to verify that the learning has and continues to have the documents it was given for learning?
While this is possible, websites also contain lots of other data that will not be helpful to the AI like footers etc.
If you have a lot of data, the best way to do this would be to have a sheet document, that way your AI can be much more accurate in trying to figure out which product you're talking about!
