Q: Microsoft 365 shared mailbox support
Hi AnyChat team,
I am considering AnyChat for a shared inbox workflow and want to confirm whether you support Microsoft 365 shared mailboxes.
I have a shared mailbox such as e.g., 'team at my domain'. The mailbox itself should not be used with direct login credentials. Instead, my licensed Microsoft 365 user has Full Access and Send As permissions for that shared mailbox.
Can AnyChat connect to this setup so incoming emails become tickets and my assistants can reply from inside AnyChat with recipients seeing e.g., 'team at my domain' as the sender?
Also, does this work while direct sign-in to the shared mailbox remains blocked? If yes, is the connection handled via Microsoft OAuth, SMTP, forwarding, or another method?
