Hi AnyChat team, I am considering AnyChat for a shared inbox workflow and want to confirm whether you support Microsoft 365 shared mailboxes. I have a shared mailbox such as e.g., 'team at my domain'. The mailbox itself should not be used with direct login credentials. Instead, my licensed Microsoft 365 user has Full Access and Send As permissions for that shared mailbox. Can AnyChat connect to this setup so incoming emails become tickets and my assistants can reply from inside AnyChat with recipients seeing e.g., 'team at my domain' as the sender? Also, does this work while direct sign-in to the shared mailbox remains blocked? If yes, is the connection handled via Microsoft OAuth, SMTP, forwarding, or another method? Thanks.
FEW related questions... 1) can I use this on two separate chats with separate teams on two separate sites? eg: site1.com and site2.com 2) if I *can* install it on two separate sites, can i restrict a support person login to site1 only? 3) can I install two separate chats on the same sites? eg: www.site3.com & portal.site3.com - so on www, it's a sales chat, and in the portal, it's a support chat?

Hi, I saw an older May 2025 answer saying AnyChat did not support Instagram comment-triggered DMs, only regular Instagram DMs after someone messages first. Has this now been implemented? I want to use AnyChat for Instagram lead magnet and product workflows. For example, someone comments “COURSE”, “EBOOK”, “PROMPT”, or “AUDIT” under my Instagram post or Reel, and AnyChat automatically sends the correct DM based on that keyword. Can AnyChat natively trigger different DM replies from specific Instagram post/Reel comment keywords, such as sending a course link, ebook, prompt pack, audit page, or booking page? Can it also tag or segment users by interest and continue different follow-up journeys? Thanks, Marcus
