Q: Workspace vs Agent
What is the difference between an Workspace an an AI Agent. If level 3 has unlimited workspaces, but only 25 Agents, does this mean any workspaces over the 25 are not usable?

Jun 12, 2026A: Workspace is the entity that has its own settings, channels, agents, etc... Each workspace can have up to 25 human agents and unlimited AI agents.
