Q: impossible to download videos on avomap / error message XML
i’ve spent registered to avomap and spent 3 credits to export one video. unfortunately, when i want to download it (on the web site or from the email received), i get the following error message. whats the problem? how can i get my video?
This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown...

I operate a rafting business that has multiple multi-day tours. Am i able to create maps of river corridors? Are there any geographical limitations?

A: Hi there, and thanks for your question. Yes, river routing was added just a couple of weeks ago. You can define a start and end point, and AvoMap will try to find a route between them using rivers.
If it can’t find a suitable route—or if you simply want full control—you can also draw your own custom routes that aren’t tied to any road, rail, or river network.
I just purchased Avomap, and the ship icon says "coming soon." Can you tell me when it will be added?

The good news is that once that’s done, the next feature in the pipeline is the “free painting” tool. This will allow users to create routes that aren’t bound to streets and will be essential for creating boat routes.
I’m really hoping to finish and deploy this feature in the coming weeks — fingers...
The videos on the page aren't loading. Do you have a way to do walking tours?

Could you go into a bit more detail about what you mean by the videos on the page not loading? Are you referring to the front page or the video examples?
Regarding your question about walking tours: yes, that is definitely an option. You just need to zoom in quite a lot to capture the level of detail needed to properly show off your walking tour.
