Before I sign up — I’ve run into this issue elsewhere and want to confirm:
If someone joins List A and receives Automation A, and later that same email is added to List B (with its own Automation B), will both automations run independently for that contact?
In other words, will your system send both sequences even though the contact already existed — or does it block additional automations for existing emails?
A: Yes, they will both work independently for that contact... you can also set it to retrigger the same automation if the sign up for the same list A again if you'd like.
A: Hey, on Tier 3 and above, you get 5 sender profiles per account, so you can have up to 5 sending domains/emails.
We automcatically warm up all new accounts, but it is strongly recommended not to mail from new domains as they can cause a lot of blocks, unless you start very slowly which our team is happy to help you with.
This is both a question and a suggestion regarding the logo at the end of the email blast.
I read your explanation about it, and it makes complete sense to me. I am willing to subscribe to the extra value plan to remove the logo. However, would it be possible to have the logo removed during the first year of the LTD, and then, after that period, allow us to opt in or not?
Otherwise, in the first year, there is both the initial investment in the LTD and the cost of logo removal.
As you mentioned, the break-even point comes after a year when you run a LTD promotion.
I leave this suggestion for your consideration.
I'm really enjoying the platform—it's solid, and there is a depth to the work you are developing.
A: Hey mate, thanks for the suggestion, but we’re going to keep it as is.
We’re not looking to just ‘break even.’ As much as we are super passionate about Blastable, it is a business and we are in it to make money, while providing the best value we can. These LTD’s are insane value for what you’re getting at a massively discounted price as it is.
By the way, the small powered by logo is also on all our paid monthly plans where the break even point is much, much sooner.
You have a few competitors that limit sends per hour, what are your starting sending limits? What is the maximum sending limit per hour? The starting limit(if its different)?
Also I am pretty sure this is the case but are the limits per sub account? Are they different for each account?
Is there anything else about sending limits someone might need to be aware of?
- We don't have any preset hourly limits... our system automatically adjusts sends by the minute for best deliverability based on list size, open rates, spam complaints and bounces etc.
- On the agency plans, each sub account is treated as it's own unique Blastable account, so the limits are unique per sub account and not for the main agency account.
- The only other thing to be aware of is the bigger your list is and the better engagement you get, the faster your emails send... if you're getting bounces or blocks or spam complaints, then it slows down and adjusts some.
Ok that’s awesome, the others seem to limit first and look for results later.
An automated approach is better all around imo.
Thank you for the answers.
I just want to makes sure if my team or I send out an email to a lot of people for a sale it’s not getting delivered 12hrs later because of a preset account limit for no reason.

Q: Tier 4 Questions
Hi
On Tier 4, with 250K monthly sends:
Q1. How many sending domains can you have on a single account?
Q2. Do you warm up new email sending domains transparently?
Thanks

Jul 9, 2025A: It's an automatic hands off process that happens behind the scenes whenever you send an email blast.
