You have a few competitors that limit sends per hour, what are your starting sending limits? What is the maximum sending limit per hour? The starting limit(if its different)?
Also I am pretty sure this is the case but are the limits per sub account? Are they different for each account?
Is there anything else about sending limits someone might need to be aware of?
- We don't have any preset hourly limits... our system automatically adjusts sends by the minute for best deliverability based on list size, open rates, spam complaints and bounces etc.
- On the agency plans, each sub account is treated as it's own unique Blastable account, so the limits are unique per sub account and not for the main agency account.

An automated approach is better all around imo.

I'm currently using another provider that I got on a LTD for a membership site and we've discovered that all it allows me to do is add a new user to a list. I need to be able to move user between lists when they upgrade their membership or delete them when they cancel so they are getting the right email automation. I'm having to do this manually at the moment (which is a pain) so I'd love it if you could tell me that your system can do all of this with a Zap :-)
