Hi there, I was a Tier 5 Blaze AppSumo LTD buyer in 2024. You now only have 4 tiers, but they have superior limits to what I purchased.
For instance, Tier 5 2024 gives max retention of 30 days, 10 notes, 10 users, 10 GB of storage. Your current tier 4 is 365 day retention, unlimited notes, 50 users, 1 TB storage. The difference is extreme.
Are you going to update accounts per the terms of AppSumo?

Jun 4, 2026A: Thank you for reaching out! Just to clarify: the previous deal was for BLAZE Transfer, where all tiers included unlimited transfers. BLAZE Quantum is an entirely new product suite with a different architecture and feature set, which is why it's listed as a separate offering. The two are not directly comparable, so there are no updates to existing accounts. Your existing plan continues as-is and remains fully supported.

This doesn't bode well, as users who previously invested will be stuck with an inferior solution that won't be developed.
