Q: Do we get a refund? ("labeled V2 for simplicity, will not be granted to LTDs.")

This was in my email today from Breakcold:

>> As a SaaS, we had our ups and downs and hit a wall last year.

We made the tough decision to restart Breakcold from scratch: new product, new codebase, new database, new everything to try to make it in this crazy CRM market.

This new product, labeled V2 for simplicity, will not be granted to LTDs. >>

And again it feels like being cheated, as with some other Appsumo deals. And after 2 years we can't get a refund.

Or do we?

Q: On Tier 2, but only ONE social account at any time ?

How is this a unified inbox ?

I had had consecutive LinkedIn + Telegram accounts enabled - for about 6 months, they were working consecutively - since they activated Whatsapp as a social account - I was unable to add consecutive account - it makes no sense to SELL 5x accounts - and only use ONE at a time - do i need to delete and add and then delete and so on to switch ?
How will I ever use 5x accounts ?
