When we streamlined our plans to Individual and Agency, existing AppSumo purchases like your Tier 4 were kept on their original legacy plan to preserve your features (like white-label branding and 40 docs/month).

The upgrade prompt you're seeing is offering the option to move to the Agency plan, which includes everything you already have plus team collaboration (up to 10 members) and unlimited documents. It's not required — your current plan is fully active and working.

If you'd like to upgrade to Agency to get team features, you can do so through AppSumo. If you're happy with your current features, you can simply ignore the upgrade prompt — nothing changes for you.
