sl.crane.consultingQ: Can you clarify agency account
I bought a copy of the agency version figuring that I was an agency I could use this for multiple clients and branding. Apparently the teams features is what you call agency and you can assign only one brand. Looking over the docs it says there is a feature to change logo of the team at Team ➜ Settings ➜ Branding but that does not exist anywhere in the setup. I did get team added but from the looks of it if I want to use a custom logo with a seperate company I do work for I have to have a separate account for each brand. Agency account seems very misleading.

At the moment, an Agency account supports one team and one brand. There isn’t a way to set different branding (logos, company identities, etc.) for multiple clients under the same Agency account. Because of that, if you work with several companies and each requires its own branding, you would currently need separate BreezeDoc accounts.
You’re also correct that the documentation previously mentioned a “Team → Settings → Branding” option. This feature does not exist in BreezeDoc today, and we’ve now corrected the Help Center to prevent further confusion. I’m very sorry for the misleading reference.

I, too, bought Agency. My dissatisfaction (other than glacial speed support) is with the fact that my team member on my team is not given all the features of the Agency...@Garry_AppSumoOriginals, please address this!
