Q: Why is the upload limit so low?

I just purchased this as I've always had issues with grabsign (also purchased from app sumo) as their site is always glitchy and right now not loading at all. I found breezedoc and saw that it is part of appsumo.
The issue I have is I keep getting an error "The document may not be greater than 5000 kilobytes." when uploading my document. I know this is because of the size of my file but my file is only 24 pages. usually they are 30 pages and I only send at most 5 per month. I feel the size limit needs to be increased by a lot as any insurance business that sends insurance docs is going to need way more capacity for a document. some polies are hundreds of pages lol but I only send signing docs and summary pages. Please increase this limit asap

A: Hi Todd!

Thanks for the feedback and welcome to BreezeDoc! You're right — the current upload limit is 5MB per document, and we understand that can be tight for multi-page insurance documents and similar use cases.

A quick tip that may help right now: if your PDF is over 5MB, you can often compress it using a free tool like https://smallpdf.com/compress-pdf or Adobe Acrobat's "Reduce File Size" option before uploading. A 24-page document can usually be brought well under 5MB with compression and no visible quality loss.

That said, we hear you — increasing the upload limit is something we're actively looking into.

Your use case is exactly the kind of feedback that helps us prioritize. Appreciate you sharing it!
