"Legally binding" can mean a bunch of different things depending on your locale. While we have typical features in place that other tools have as well (signature field, activity Log/audit trail, unique links per recipient, etc.), we encourage you to review our terms of use (https://breezedoc.com/tos) and privacy policy (https://breezedoc.com/privacy) with your legal counsel to make sure it works in your situation.
Use cases can vary wildly, so we encourage people to double-check if they have any concerns.
The good news is, at this point, we have 500+ people who signed up in the first 48 hours of release (after a bunch of beta testers helped us test), and we didn't notice any issues people had when sending contracts, agreements, or documents. Many different types of people from many different places/locales are using the product. Hooray! 😃

And of course it is legally binding if you have your signature, a date, and a witness attached, but only if you are in BC, eh? Where are you by the way? Did you miss that point? What are the laws in your state, prefecture, province, republic, or canton? It's like he really did answer your question, dude. You just did not seem to be able to read between the lines or maybe didn't want to take the time to try to understand some legal jargon of your own? Is that not so? I believe he sufficiently answered your question the first time around. Cheers!
