I was one of the original, original purchasers (4/24/2024) and purchased the Tier 4 plan. That plan is limited to 40 docs per month. Your current Agency plan is unlimited docs with many more features. \u000a\u000aI\u0027m sure it was just an oversight to forget about us very early purchasers and not upgrade us to unlimited docs per month as well. \u000a\u000aWho do we need to contact to get that fixed?

I'm sure it was just an oversight to forget about us very early purchasers and not upgrade us to unlimited docs per month as well.
