A: Thanks for your question. You can simply delete all the existing member records and posts you've made on the site, and then in your Design Setting > Homepage tab > reset to one of the available themes listed. That will effectively reset your site.
You can also show them this message, we can do a one-time, more formal reset for you complimentary. Thank you.
