Q: Support reset password

Q: Automation of contracts

Hi, Im curious if a template can be set up and a link to that template can be automated through my system. EG . Client signs up, pays me and my automation in active campaign sends them an email with a link to bunnydoc to sign the templated contract where they add their details

Can you please elaborate what the "public form link" feature is? Thank you very much.

A: Hi,

The public form link allows you to set up a template once and generate a shareable link. Anyone with that link can access a page to fill in their name + email, which then triggers a signature request automatically.

In short: you don’t need to manually send each individual signature request every time — you simply share the link.

Q: Email Deliverability

Is there any plans on fixing deliverability, or updates on the matter? Just about all of my envelopes go to my clients spam folders, even the invites to other members. I have since had to switch to a different provider. I have never had this issue before with another service, but it seems to be ongoing with Bunnydoc. Is there a timeframe on when this would be fixed?

Q: Why is there no mobile app!

Ive tried to use a mobile browser and it simply doesn't work. So I can't get rid of dousign

The mobile version currently supports signing, so your signers can sign documents using their phones. We’re still working on a few additional features, and once those are complete, our team will begin developing the full mobile app.
