why no advanced branding and api in tier 3? My emails for signatures has basic branding as in business name/log but the generic address (not mine) cant be changed without advanced branding. Oversight?

We’ve set the available features and limits based on what we believe is sustainable for the plan. Advanced Branding and API access aren’t included, as they are separate capabilities that can be added as optional add-ons.

Q: Can you let us know if you think you'll be able to offer us access to your Advanced Branding and White Label?
Can you let us know if you think you'll be able to offer us access to your Advanced Branding and White Label, either as part of the Tier 3 price, or for maybe for an additional Tier purchase (or extra lifetime addon price), or anything else, except on a subscription basis? Please let me know since this is very important to me. Thanks.

Thanks for asking. At this stage, Advanced Branding and White Label cannot be offered as part of the Tier 3 deal or included through an additional Tier purchase or lifetime add-on.
However, if you need these features, they will soon be available for purchase separately through our Add-on Library. This will allow you to add them to your existing plan without changing the deal itself.
Hi, I currently have a trial account registered under my personal email address. I would like to ask if it is possible to change the admin email to my company email address.
Additionally, if I purchase a lifetime deal via AppSumo using my company email, would it be linked to the existing account after the email change, or would you recommend that I create a completely new account instead?
I want to ensure I follow the correct setup process to avoid any issues with activation or licensing. Thank You.

Yes, you can change the email anytime.
You can purchase the AppSumo deal using any email address. After the purchase, you will receive the redemption codes along with instructions on how to use them.
You can redeem those codes in your BunnyDoc account, and it is not required for your BunnyDoc account email to be the same as your AppSumo email.

When i try to sign a document it says Request blocked due to security threats. Why would this occur?
