I have been a user for a few years now. About 3 months ago I started having issues with the software. I have reached out and no one ever responds. When I used the text box the software locks up. I was also charged for something a month ago and I have reached out 2-3 times to find out why you charged my credit card but no one responded. Have you stopped offering support?

Hi,
After many research, it seem that BunnyDoc is using sendgrid.net to send out the emails. The problem is that they share some ips that are blocked by almost every hosting company out there. Meaning that the users will never receive their email, not even in the spam box. Nada.
The reason why the email message is rejected is because it was send from an IP address which has a very low reputation...

To clarify our current setup, BunnyDoc uses two different email delivery systems:
SendGrid – used for system emails such as account registration, activation, and notifications. AWS email services – used for document signing invitations and related signing notifications.

Does the software have the ability to attach supplementary documents when emailing the document to e-sign?
