Q: Support for Optional Signers or Minimum Signature Thresholds
Do you support optional signers or threshold-based document completion? I need to send documents to 5 people but only require 3 signatures for the document to be legally complete. Ideally, I'm looking for either:
1. The ability to mark 2 signers as 'optional' so the document automatically finalizes when the 3 required signers complete their signatures, OR 2. A threshold setting where I can specify 'complete document when 3 out of 5 signers have signed'
With DocuSign, I had to manually cancel the remaining signers after getting my required signatures. I'm hoping to find a platform that handles this workflow natively without manual intervention. Does your solution support either of these approaches?
Could you please confirm whether your platform supports Qualified Electronic Signatures (QES) in accordance with the eIDAS Regulation? Specifically, do you provide QES issued through an EU-accredited Qualified Trust Service Provider?
Hi, I was wondering what is meant by "1 public form link" is that one link for one document, or One URL that can support mulitiple documents? Typically for our use case, we are sending individual documents or contracts to clients to sign, but for instance all new partners need to fill out and sign a set of documents like w9, ach form, so would I be able to provide those documents on one link or they would need multiple public links. Also, can they fill out and sign the documents there, or does Bunny Doc only support the signatures and date?
A public form link allows you to create a single, shareable link that can be embedded on your website or shared directly with your audience. When someone clicks the link, a form will pop up asking for their name and email. Once they submit the form, the documents will be sent to them automatically via email.
This is especially helpful for use cases like onboarding new partners who need to sign multiple documents (e.g., W-9, ACH form, etc.). You can attach multiple documents to a single public form, so you don’t need to create separate links for each document.
BunnyDoc supports various form fields—not just signature and date—so users can fill out complete forms online.
We encourage you to sign up for a free account to explore the features. You’ll get 5 free signature requests per month, which is a great way to test the platform before committing.

I am preparing to roll out a workflow but have noticed that both the audit trail and the API are not functioning correctly. I have sent two Loom videos to support regarding the issue. Could you please assist me with this? Everything was working well two days ago, and this problem is very recent.
I can confirm that the API is up and running. After contacting the support team, it appears the issue is related to the API key provided for authentication. This is why you're encountering the "Unauthorized" error.
Please check to ensure that your API key is correct and still active.

Q: Add Phone Number + Date of Birth as Automatic Fields
Is it possible to add a phone number and Date of Birth as one of the automatic fields, and a connection to the API for these fields?
