How do I add Shopify?

I added my Shopify email to my account but when I went to link the account it said the email already existed.

I deleted the email and tried again and it still says the email already exist.

Hello. The deal shows the AI chatbot agent has "customer feedback". If I create a chatbot for a client's website, how does this "customer feedback" work? My interest would be in proving to my client that the chatbot satisfied the customer's needs, and if not, they were given a method to follow up with a real person being notified of their outstanding issue.
I generally like the app and its functions - if only it worked as intended. I am encountering several issues with the chatbot. I trained it on a bunch of articles and websites, including each of my product pages. But when I ask it about the prices, it says it doesnt have that information, or it gives me wrong information (gives me same price for different products that are differently priced). I asked to give me the link to the website, to a specific product page, and it replies that it doesnt know the link. Then I ask for another product page link, and it invented some link that gave me an 404 error. What is the reason for that? Is that because it only was trained an hour ago? But then it should not state in the interface, that the bot is trained already. Im a bit dissappointed since I cant use it for my clients in that state.
I was activating an account for a client and it linked the account to my existing account. I URGENTLY NEED THIS FIXED and can't wait a week for a reply. Can someone please help me?!!
