I have one question about how a chatbot is designed.
Can a single chatbot be trained using multiple knowledge sources at the same time (website pages, PDFs, FAQs, uploaded documents, etc.) and use all of them together when answering users?
Or is each chatbot intended to have only one knowledge source?

A: Sorry, we don't have option to put iframes & videos. Images are placed automatically by AI in case images on your website that was used for the training have proper ALTs.
1. Is tier 3 comes with whitelabel? If not how can I upgrade to it from tier 3? 2. What if I run out of the 6000 credits how much it cost to upgrade? 3. If I buy tier 3 and have a client who have heavy usage how can I upgrade to agency and if yes how?
Please let me know.

A: 1. Tier 3 comes with "remove ChatLab logo" which is not the same as the full whitelabel (custom domain/custom logos/custom branded user portal) that we offer in our premium package 2. You can purchase additional credits - 1000 credits/7$/month 3. Sorry, there is no option of upgrading AppSumo plans to paid plans.
