Q: Team Collaboration Not Functioning as Design
Good Day Team,
We've reached out to support a few times so posting here, hoping for a speedy response.
We are on Tier 5; we've invited four additional team members in addition to myself as the Admin (or 5 licenses). When one of the four other users, clicks on the automated Dadan welcome link, they log in using their Microsoft credentials and Dadan forces them to create a new account that is disconnected from the Team account set up. NOTE: Essentially, they set up a separate Dadan account unrelated. This is a problem.
We have sent multiple communications without a response.

Jan 20, 2026A: HI there, I believe this has been addressed by now. One of the team members confirmed they got access after resending the invitation.
