Could this be an idea for growth, marketing, and reaching customers?

A: Not via a first-party integration, no. But if that service allows webhooks, we support that (https://help.deftform.com/nice-to-know/using-webhooks). All you need is a webhook endpoint and Deftform can send submissions to that endpoint anytime a form is submitted.
Q: Can you stop all email form spam? What protections do you have in place if you do?

We currently offer the following captcha options: ALTCHA, Cloudflare Turnstile (BYOK) and Google reCAPTCHA. But those don't necessarily guarantee no spam. We are currently in the process of adding an option for AI screening to determine if a response is spam or not. This will be optional and disabled by default.
And how much spam do you see on your end❓ -- Well, I don't see any spam. I have an example where I replaced a WordPress form with Deftform. While I used to get anywhere from a few to over a dozen spam messages a day on WordPress, I haven't received a single one with Deftform. -- I recommend Deftform; it solves the spam problem once and for all. 👍

I was looking for native email spam protection which Deftform doesn't have. The best native email spam protection is with KiwiForm which is currently on AppSumo without any 3rd party services. I recommend KiwiForm over Deftform.

Ill create the forms for my clients and install it on my clients website. No need for them to log in.
Then ill use webhooks so all notifications come from my email address.
Dose will this use case work if I use your tool?
If so... Can we create workspaces for each client under this plan? Just for organising.

Yes, your use-case will work with Deftform. You can create a workspace for each client, 10 workspaces are included in this deal, additional ones can be purchased at any time via a one-time payment.
I’m quite concerned about the support responsiveness. I emailed almost 24 hours ago regarding an issue, but I haven’t received any acknowledgement or confirmation that my request was received, let alone an actual response.
For a SaaS product, especially when an issue is preventing implementation, I would expect at least an acknowledgement within a reasonable timeframe.
