Q: Randomization

Forgive me if I've missed this, but does Deftform allow for question randomization?

A: Hi there,

It's currently not possible to randomize questions. How would you imagine this?

#1 Create eg. 20 questions and then define a number, eg. 10. So 10 random question are picked when viewing the form?

#2 Create 20 questions and have them sorted differently each time the form is viewed?

We have no core integration for these. You can likely use our webhooks to work with them.

There seems to be a community integration for Pabbly Connect though.

Q: Workspace Name on Form Submissions

When I receive the form submission via email, the "From" shows the workspace name. Is there any way to change that? For example, instead of seeing the workspace name show the form name?

A: Hi there,

By default, the workspace name is used. You can only change the sender email and name by using a custom SMTP or email sender domain (https://deftform.com/settings/email).

Q: Codes Not Working

Hi Andreas,
I purchased two codes and have attempted to redeem them several times, but I am unable to add them to my account, which currently shows only a free trial. I also cannot find any support chat, button, or link on the site.

When you say you attempted to redeem the codes, what have you tried? As the redemption instructions should state, you'll need a free account. Once logged in, you can visit https://deftform.com/appsumo to redeem your code.

Also, please note that we don't support code stacking. If you need two codes for two completely separate accounts, great, but you cannot use a second code to get...
