Hi,
I bought the AppSumo deal for your application and already created my account.
However, when I try to create a new form, the system asks me to pay again.
Could you tell me where I should enter my AppSumo code so the form creation is included in the AppSumo plan?

The redemption instructions should actually tell you this. Log-in to your existing Deftform account, then visit https://deftform.com/appsumo to redeem your code.
Hey I'm looking at your docs and con't see a field where each option gets an image. E.g. an image card per option.
Not just an image that exists between fields, but where each option in a field has an image. Or, even better, ideally multiple, like a swipeable gallery for each option.
Is this available?

Q: Custom button label per page/step
Hi,
I'd like to know if it's possible to customize the button label for a specific step/page individually, not just globally.
For example, in a multi-step form I'd like the first button to say "Comenzar" (Start), while the rest say "Siguiente" (Next) and "Enviar" (Submit).
Is this currently supported, or is it on the roadmap?

While you can change the "Continue" and "Submit" button texts, it's currently not possible to change the text for in-between buttons.
I added this to our internal todo list and we'll implement it.
