I'm not really sure what "official academic transcript" means here. Deftform is a form builder, first and foremost, where admins can create forms and have people fill them out. The way I understand your question is that you want to create a PDF file with data you input yourself. Not sure you'll need a form builder for this.

I've never heard of a video sales letter before, but you can add external videos to your forms and you can also define a redirect URL after a form was submitted.
I'm considering using this tool to diagnose using a specific psychological test. What I'm also interested in is: - Is it possible to create custom formulas for advanced calculations? I'll illustrate this with an example question:

Using a custom template is currently not possible. The logo can be changed on the PDF files, but that’s pretty much it.
This may be an interesting feature in the future. 🤔 But there are still many more important features we're waiting for. .
