Hello, I bought your app this morning, and while I'm excited about using it more fully from Monday, it's telling me that to get the 'analytics' I need to upgrade to an 'Enterprise' plan. I thought the analytics feature was included?

The Recurring Tasks feature is available exclusively in Desklog Enterprise and is not included in the Lifetime Deal (LTD).
If recurring tasks are important for your workflow, you may consider switching to the regular Desklog plans, which are available on monthly or yearly subscriptions and include this feature.

A: Yes, Desklog can perform both of those functions. It can track the hours users work, and it can also capture screenshots (if the feature is enabled) to monitor what’s on their screens.

I purchased Single Code but I don't see Jira Integration and also Insight feature is locked, can you tell me how to get them

A: Regarding the Jira Integration and the Insight feature — these options are part of the Enterprise Plan, and they are not included in the AppSumo Desklog deal. The AppSumo listing does not mention Insights, or any other Enterprise-level features as part of the offer.
