- What have you planned around credits as they seem very low for a Tier 4 with 50 users and most repeatable sequences

1. Plans Around Credits for Tier 4:
- Tier 4 currently provides 50,000 monthly credits, which power flow components like web scraping (20 credits/scrape), PDF processing (10 credits/second), or AI tasks (e.g., 0.055 credits/input token for OpenAI).
- If credits feel low for your needs, you can purchase additional credits via the “Add Credits” button in your dashboard’s bottom-left corner. We’re actively optimizing credit usage based on feedback like yours, and we’ll soon publish credit costs per node to help you plan better. For now, using Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) for AI nodes (like OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Deepseek,...) can save credits, as those nodes don’t consume credits when BYOK is used.

2, 3. Timeline for Anthropic API and Other Models:

Q: Users mean ... 1 user = tier 1 all the way to 50 in higher tier ... so how many tools or users can ...

... actually use a single chat agent or tool at once, since it's limited users per tiers?

Meaning, i make a chatbot (or agent) ... and then an unlimited number of ppl can internally use it ... if password permitted / embed on our Cname ... and then credits go accordingly?

Or, one tool use means a max of 50 ppl can use any single tool etc ... at any one given time?

The “users” in each tier (e.g., 1 for Tier 1, 5 for Tier 2, 20 for Tier 3, 50 for Tier 4) refer to team members who have access to your Diaflow workspace to create, edit, or manage automations, apps, and AI agents. These are internal users, like your staff or collaborators, not the end-users interacting with your tools.

When you create a chatbot or AI agent (e.g., as a Public App), there’s no limit on how many external people (like customers or website visitors) can use it simultaneously, whether it’s embedded via iframe on your CNAME or shared via a password-protected link. The catch is that each interaction consumes credits based on the flow’s components—for example, an AI response might use 0.055 credits/input token and 0.022 credits/output token. So, an unlimited number of people can use your chatbot externally, as long as you have enough credits to cover the usage. There’s no cap like “max 50 people at a time” for tool usage—it’s all about credit consumption.

For example, if you embed a chatbot on your website with your custom domain, thousands could interact with it, and credits would scale with the number of interactions. If credits run low, you can top up via the dashboard.

Currently, Diaflow doesn’t have a native feature to directly work with or give instructions to other software’s AI agents. However, you can integrate with other software that has APIs or webhooks using our HTTP Request node, which allows Diaflow to send data to or receive data from external systems. If the other AI agent’s software supports API interactions, you could set up a flow to trigger actions or exchange data indirectly, but there’s no direct “instruct another AI agent” functionality built in.

This specific feature isn’t explicitly listed on our public roadmap (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1l-WKcMIcUrroSAC9i35sYe5OfAL75ikIISL7NwDQND4/), but it’s a fantastic idea! Q: Youtube Facebook Social platform - Automations Flows Combined W/ Chatbot Forms Agents Payment Integrations etc ...

Do you have any examples or Knowledge base sharing how to use Diaflows various tools in complicated flows with external social platfroms for our SMMA & Content scheduling, generating (image text #tags and other planing scheduling posting) agency-like needs?

Also, can passing data for (via webhooks & api) with Strip & Paypal work with diaflow? Security and other protocols involved? Im not sure. Any info about this potential for using dialfow as a saas product for clients that want such a flow?

For your SMMA and content scheduling needs with platforms like YouTube and Facebook, Diaflow doesn’t yet have native integrations with social platforms. However, it’s on our roadmap, and you can currently use the HTTP Request node to connect to their APIs for posting, scheduling, or pulling data. Combining this with chatbots, forms, and agents is absolutely doable! For example, you could:

- Use a form (App) to collect content details from clients (free trigger).
- Generate text/#tags with an AI Agent (e.g., ~50 credits for 500 input/1,000 output tokens).
- Schedule posts via API calls to YouTube/Facebook (no credits for HTTP nodes unless AI is involved).

We don’t have specific examples for this exact flow in our knowledge base yet, but you can explore similar workflows in the Templates section of the platform or check https://docs.diaflow.io for component guides.

Regarding Stripe and PayPal, yes, you can pass data via webhooks and APIs! Set up a Webhook trigger in Diaflow to receive payment events, then process them (e.g., with an HTTP Response node). Security-wise, we’re GDPR/CCPA-compliant by default, hosting data on AWS/Azure in the US.

For SaaS use, Tier 4’s white-labeling (custom domains, logo removal) lets you offer this to clients under your brand—unlimited automations/apps make it scalable!
