We are trying to integrate Diaflow with mailchimp but it doesn't seem to populate the segement data. I sent a email to your support as well. Please let me know if this is a bug.
What we are trying to test is if I can add a new subscriber from one audience list to another in mailchimp and then delete the user from the first list. Could you let us know how that can be done?

What are the limitations for the PDF uploads for knowledge base for chatbots?
I’ve tried to upload 200 pages manuals and documents and all have given me errors indicating that it can’t be processed.
