I want to do a simple use case as per the advertisement video for scanning pdf invoices and putting the data into a Google table. I'm using the template from the Diaflow library, but it's not working, I get error messages left and right. I have contacted support nearly 1 week ago, got a reply, but no help yet. I'm only asking for what is part of the AppSumo deal to work.

if this is how it's gonna be, I will have no choice than to refund. I hope they can help.

Diaflow is, in one word, BEAUTIFUL. That’s really the word I’d use. The UI is so clean that it’s literally a pleasure to use — you can feel it while working with it. But it’s not just about the look and feel. Let’s get to the functions.

They’re BEAUTIFUL too.

I also own Activepieces and Agentic Flow, but honestly, I’d put Diaflow right at the top of the podium for one fundamental reason: integrated AI. This is the real game-changer. You can build huge, complex flows with chained LLMs that process anything you want, and this creates an added value that no other automation software currently gives me.

On top of that, the LLMs are included in the monthly credits — which is absolutely essential for me. I don’t need to use my own API key.

I’m using Diaflow not only to build automations, but to create actual pieces of software. For example, I built a system that generates blog posts which are nothing like the shallow, low-quality stuff you see everywhere — through Diaflow’s flows, I managed to produce content that actually reads like it was written by a human.

You can also build small, everyday tools, like converting a scanned PDF (without OCR) into clean text — and yes, you can even put an LLM in the middle of that flow to format it however you want.

And the cherry on top: Gemini 2.5 Pro is integrated! With its massive input/output token capacity, I’ve been able to perform true miracles in agentic automation.

Honestly, it’s a gem.

Small confession: I actually bought the highest tier… twice.

Diaflow is a powerhouse tool and it's future is truly exciting. This software has so much to offer such diversity so much you can do with it and it is also very neatly and clearly organized for you to look and see what is where so that you don't get lost in the tool just because it is so dense and jampacked with value from the different LLMs it offers, to automation, individual chat bots that you can make private or make public such as in the website, as well, and let's not forget the ability to create flo's and edit the structures of the ins and outs and timings of the flows such as as what N8N does, but the awesome part is that this tool not only does what N8N essentially does (and it is improving more and more, and adding fuctionalities to the tool) but this tool offers a wide array of effective and also cost efficient functions that N8N and other AI like tools do not have. I am very excited for the future of this powerhouse tool because the team behind it is truly passionate and the Customer Service is truly epic. I cannot say enough good things about this tool, it truly is a gem and you will be very happy to have this tool in your Batman utility belt. Thank you Diaflow team

This is a rare, true AppSumo gem! Solid product that’s well worth its price tag here as well as an incredibly responsive customer support team.

My only wish list item is better documentation around some of the workflow integrations with more complex examples. But overall it’s been very intuitive and works well!

I recently started using this software and I have to say, it’s quite promising! The user interface is beautiful and functional, making it easy to navigate. However, there are some significant drawbacks that need to be addressed.

One major issue is the lack of integrations. Basic tools like Google Sheets are currently missing, which is quite limiting for users who rely on these integrations for their workflows. I understand that they are on the roadmap, but it would be great to see them implemented sooner rather than later.

Additionally, I’ve noticed a high consumption of credits. In just two days of intense usage, I’ve already burned through 50,000 of my 100,000 credits. While I appreciate the capabilities of the platform, this rapid consumption is something to consider for potential LTD users. Anyways, they've got you covered with BYOK, but... that means extra costs.

Overall, I’m optimistic about the future of this software and trust that they will continue to expand their integrations quickly. With a few improvements, it could become an essential tool for many businesses.
