My goal is to send PDFs daily via api and have it answer in a json format or similar. Can it do that? Im assuming Tier 2 is enough?
Can it always reply with a json format I want?
Does it use AI for parsing? If so, do we need to validate the parsing? Or 100% error-free?

Tier 2 does not include API access. API is available from Tier 3 and above.
If you run out of monthly credits, you can buy one-time credit packs:
* 500 credits: $99
* 2,000 credits: $199
* 5,000 credits: $499
These extra credits are valid for 1 year.
For your use case — sending PDFs daily via API and getting structured JSON back — Tier 3 would be the right starting point.
You define the fields you want in your parser, and DigiParser returns the same structured JSON format for every processed document based on those fields.
DigiParser does use AI for extraction. Accuracy is very high, but no AI extraction system can guarantee 100% error-free results, so for critical data we recommend using confidence scores/review workflows where needed.
