Q: Are prorated upgrades possible?

NB. This is NOT a new deal terms request, just a query about what is and isn't allowed.
For example: can you start with plan 4 and if happy with the white label performance after a few weeks, then "upgrade" to plan 5 or 6 by just paying the difference?
