Considering Plan 6 ($999) to resell AI agents to 100+ clients, but need clarity on the character instructions limit before purchasing.

Question: Is the 100,000 character limit expandable or is it a hard global cap?

My situation:
- 100+ clients, each needing 2,000-5,000 chars for knowledge base
- Total need: 200,000-500,000 chars
- 100,000 cap allows only ~1,000 per client

Specific questions:
1. Is this limit global or per sub-account?
2. Can additional capacity be purchased?
3. Any roadmap to increase it?
4. Is a custom/enterprise deal possible?

Need to know if this is viable at scale before committing.
