SoluQ: Lags
Hi,
I purchased the highest tier, and set up my first bot, and everything seems ok, except the speed of the app.
1. When I open app.dmchamp.com many times its just white blank page, I have to refresh couple of times and wait 10-20 seconds for the page to load.
2. General speed of the apps is also slow. Loading tabs, pages take atleast 10 seconds to fully load.
3. Lags on sub-accounts. These lags are everywhere, including sub-accounts. For now I can not onboard clients when the app is so slow.
Can you do something about it?
Maybe its a latency issue, maybe something else but regardless of the location of the server it shouldnt take 10-20 seconds to load every page/tabs.
PLease fix this, otherwise I will have to ask for a refund.

Jun 16, 2026A: Hi, there's a known issue where the app is slow on older PCs with no GPU. We can't solve this with the current frontend stack because of the way the technology works (it's Flutter-based).
We're working on a new UI that will solve this problem. I don't know if you've checked it out in our Skool community yet, but it will be released in the coming month.

my desktop PC has strong nvidia GPU so its not that. Please fix this problem as soon as possible, otherwise clients might complain or even worse churn
I can assure you this is only happening to a few users.
